Review Kfc - Golden Grove

We went to grab a quick dinner as it was late, the drive through line was soo long, we went inside and used one of the self order machines and it didn’t load so we had to go to a different one and redo our order. It came out really greasy and so much salt on the chips that they weren’t eatable. We ordered a 10 piece nugget combo and it only came with 8 nuggets. Learn how to count to 10.. NOT GOING BACK….

Drive through review: needs replacement speaker box or attendant needs new ears. First window girl was quite abrupt. Second window bloke with curly hair saved this review, nice fella, order was what I ordered and warm.

So funny reading the bad reviews where people were missing items from their order. I am one of those people that got ripped off also. I actually emailed KFC and got the automated response that they will get back to me. Pfft no response but they did send me a survey. Order from this store at your own risk

Service is slow, but great manners. Chicken more oily than other KFC's in the northern suburbs of Adelaide.

Chicken in the burger was cold, chips tasted off (not fresh or hot) and had no salt on them. Staff need customer service training.

ordered TA,found no napkin when I drove away,but team leader? was really polite(21/04/22 6pm),and burger is super fresh,still 5

Stuffed up my order at drive thru.I went inside to ask them to correct it and they were really unhelpful and made me pay again just to get what I had already ordered. There was another person behind me who also had to park and complain as her order was mixed up too.
