Review Joe's Pizza Parlour - Gosford

We just moved to Gosford from Sydney. First stop.... local pizza joint... and lucky enough we ran into Joe's! We met the son(s?), nice guys, had my two kids happy and ready for pizza. My little one had a hoot watching them throw up the pizza dough. We kept it simple with Margarita pizza with fresh basil and the beef lasagna. Both quite good, even getting a remark from my son as the vest pizza he's eaten! He's a 9 year old pizza expert! Lasagne was very enjoyable too. The restaurant is very old school but has a charm and authenticity about it. Loved that they had both Coke and Pepsi products to drink. Well worth the visit for some great pizza!

About as traditional as you can get, John has been serving pizza out of this restaurant for over 30 years! Wood fired and full of toppings, these pizzas are a local staple! Just beware, even in 2022, Joe’s Pizza Parlour still goes cash only, so make sure you hit the ATM beforehand.

A good local pizza joint in Gosford! I would have preferred the pizza to be a bit more salty but otherwise not bad.

Dead set worth the money and wait. In the top three of Central Coast Pizzerias. Ingredients are fresh, Joe is a nice guy and the Pizza is delectable. Different to a lot of other places. Authentic Italian Pizza. Cash only but who cares. I am eating Pizza more often now. If you are in the area, it's a must try. Kids are happy and finally eating something other than Ham and Pineapple!

Best pizzas going. The owner is a top bloke who has been making pizza since he was just out of nappies ! Been plenty of times and Pizzas are always top notch.I had the supreme family and it hit the spot. Could only eat half, the rest for tomorrow at work for lunch. Yummo.

One-person operation, the owner works efficiently and is very generous with the toppings. He's just focused on making good pizza (no side dishes, pastas or anything like that) - but makes them fresh and very well. Cash-only shop so make sure you bring some, a minor inconvenience seeing as the pizza is really good

Real genuine Italian Pizza. It’s makes a difference when you still feel nice and light after enjoying a full pizza. John is supper friendly, ask him about history of true pizza and it’s relation to Italian flag colours. Also try the espresso. One of the best I’ve had and I’m very picky with my coffee. It’s cash only, but I use cash now so it’s a 5 star for me.

Went for a bday dinner with kids and hubby. The waiting was long but damn the pizzas were delicious. Cash only so be prepared.
