Review Ministry Cafe - Gosford

Always exceptional service. The coffee is perfect!! These are a must for me. This cafe is so much more!! The food is always very fresh and delicious. A perfect score from me for every aspect! Great flavours, quality coffee and a beautiful welcoming atmosphere. And,….I just love the artwork on the wall!!

I have been here on many occasions with my Mum, always friendly service We had a hot chocolate today and it was definitely in my top 10 of all time. Nice work on the renovations as well 😎

Another beauty along the East Gosford stretch of shops. Cafe Expresso reminds me of Camden (UK) with a small eating area and a small range of food but done rather well. The chicken burger and BLT were absolutely delicious and the kids egg of toast was more than enough for the little one. Tea is basic Twinings in a bag but presented well enough. Cherry Ripe and Caramel Slices were delicious too.

Staff were nice, but coffee was extremely weak. It literally tasted like watered down milk. Food was good though

I got to return to my old home area on the Central Coast of NSW a little while back - used to live there and miss it dearly. A work colleague had been banging on for ages that I HAD TO VISIT Ministry Cafe in Gosford so hit it up I did. This was their B-MAK BURG, their take on Maccas' world famous icon. They offer it as a single patty for $17 and a double for $22 and recommended bacon. So for a single patty burger with bacon and a can of drink it was $23-. It needed to be mind blowing for that price. I loved the patty, cooked perfectly, the pickles, raw onion (bonus for raw onions - love them) and their sauce was on point, not quite Mac sauce but close and tasty - it could have had some avocado in it but not 100% on that?? The burg looked grand but my gripes were that the bun was quite cold on the fingers when I touched it - may have come direct out of a fridge. Needed to be at room temp and/ or slightly warmed. The cheese was passable but with American cheese it would have elevated and the one thing that got me was price, it was just too expensive. Overall the burg was decent and I will return if in the area because the burgs sound decent.

I've eaten a lot of burgers in my time, from Mary's to Surly's and everything in between. Ministry Cafe has won my heart hands down, I would go as far as naming it Australia's best burger joint. I'm not sure if "Ministry" is a religious reference but the Sup-G must have been prepared in the Garden Of Eden. It's that good!

From the minute you walk in until you leave the staff cannot do enough for you. It doesn't matter if you are there for a quick coffee or a meal. The staff are smiling, the food is great and you are treated like a VIP.

The food is delicious, the coffee is excellent and the staff are friendly. This is definitely my favourite spot to enjoy breakfast and lunch. Would recommend to anyone

Great place, been going there for a while now. Really nice coffees and the food is unique and something different for the area. A place I'll continue to go for my post meal workout and early morning coffee ☺️

Love my local ministry cafe! Top service, people are wonderful and the food is amazing!! Great to go there to have some time with the family or catch up with friends or to grab a coffee and food on the go :) does not disappoint !

Hats of to the guys at Ministry Café. Had "The Significant Other" on the weekend with some Icecream to follow. By far the best burger I've had on the Coast in a long time, and could not fault the dessert either, top notch and full of flavour. A+ for customer service too from the friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely be back.
