So many times now, I've ordered the Double cheeseburger at the drive thru and ended up with the regular cheeseburger instead, including today. Too much noise in the background as well when ordering sometimes, and by the time you realise it's the wrong order, you're off the premises already. š
One of the best McDonald's on the Central Coast. No matter what time of day, morning or midnight food quality is always great, though sometimes later at night the wait is a little long but nothing terrible and can be understood. Also staff here are always great and cheerful even at 3 in the morning!
The chips were half empty. We said clearly no ice in our drinks and there was ice.
The burgers were not very good. Iām not sure where the 100% Australian beef is from but it tastes like mouse.
A lot to improve there guys. Do not ruin the brand.
I go there every Sunday morning as my normal coffee shop closed and I need it for the drive to Sydney. The speed of service is always dependable and quite friendly at 5.45 am. The premises is always clean and tidy and always open. Go Maccas
This McDonald's is consistently good. They are never stingy with servings and always fill their beverages up to the top, even when you ask for no ice. They're the only store on the coast that I will go to.
Went in the drive thru today about 4pm... really kind young lady Amelia at the first window greeted me nicely with a smile on her face. Excellent customer service from her, really appreciated it! Keep it up.
Burger was well made as was the coffee and fries. Better than other McDonalds I've been to (take a wild guess which one).
Came here for lunch today and it's safe to say I'm impressed. I was served by Caitlin who was also training a newbie. Her service was impeccable. The food service was very quick, but also fresh and hot. Brayden came around with a broom and happily swept up the mess I made. He was incredibly lovely.
