Review Mcdonald's - Gosford

Took the kids there for a holiday treat. Was impressed with the service. My little one spilt his shake and when I asked for napkins to help clean it up, I was given a whole new shake for free. It was also very clean and newly renovated.

Interesting new design for the play ground. Don't think the designers considered the placement lining up with the golden arches when driving towards maccas from Gosford Station.... Really slaps you in the face especially when the big rocket is highlighted at night. As a regular delivery driver the staff are always great, the over night crew last Christmas are still the best team I've experienced since.

Terrible service. There is a few car in drive thru and only me in McDonald. I’ve been waiting for half an hour. I asked for my meal 2 times but still get nothing. In the end, I don’t even get all of meal that I’ve ordered. This is really upset. They just talk and walk. Get improve. This’s happened several time.

Is the thick shake machine ever working? No thick shakes or even frappes. Why advertise that they are available at drive thru? Ordered a “hot” chocolate after nothing available, it was Luke warm & I stirred. Probably the worst Maccas on the coast. I’ll support my local small cafe now on

Worst maccas ever been too or ordered from. Never get the orders right it really shouldn't be that difficult. Don't fill a whole weekend roster with 14 year olds if they can't do the job. It's not fair to the customers.

Maccas Wyoming. Went inside for the first time. Long wait while there were only few people inside eating. They were more focused on the drive through. Lots of people working but order took way too long. Chips was ready for a while and standing ready packed on a cold bench. Apple pie and creme Brule were packed in same apple pie packet so didn't know which one was which. Order took so long, probably just the creme brule we were waiting on, as the rest of the food was cold. Next time we take the drive through again.

The fries were soggy and I only got 4 nuggets. I bought 6. The floors are also very sticky and there was a frozen spilled on the floor. The toilets are unflushed and the employees are very rude. When I complained, the employee grunted and muttered that I should go on a diet.

The impressive efficiency and speed of the service is drastically let down by the total inability to present the food in anything close to an acceptable manner. It looks thrown in, and never properly wrapped. I've had food break apart into the bottom of the bag before as it wasn't wrapped properly. It seriously let's this store down.
