If you’re looking for food with flavour…you’re in the wrong place! They used to be good, tasty chicken and good chips and gravy. The last year the quality of their food and service has declined. Waited 20min for tasteless chicken that had more water in it than anything…uncooked chips and bland gravy. Won’t be returning here until they bring the prices down and the food gets better. RIP OFF!

If I could give it a minus score I would. Chips were cooked fresh but were soggy and oily tasting. Asked for chicken salt but it seemed as there was only a hint of salt. Chicken was over cooked and dry. I threw mist of it out. Never going back there again.

Honestly, their food gets worse and worse. Overcooked, dry chickens, dry chips and when you ask for chicken salt, you get little, if any. It's a real shame as their food used to be ok. Although our dogs didn't complain!!

Fair pricing for what you pay for and never a long wait if you order over the phone and drive to collect. We love the chips and you get a generous serving, the chicken is delicious, and there's a large range of cold salads too. Great menu with a lot of options, parking at the door. Highly recommend.

Take your business across the road to that other chicken shop. At least they have standards. These guys cannot be for seriously.

I got called the n word and the chicken was cold and slimy. The chips are okay, but they were overpriced.

This use to be good food , been twice in the last week and the chicken was dry, chips not cooked, given the wrong salt,over charged, and as for the tasteless chicken roll slopped in tasteless gravy, yuck! Won't be back.

Husband just got back from the shops, rang through to the chicken shop and said he was on his way. Checked in, like you do these days, walked in and the food was just put on the counter. Checked out in under a minute. As usual good service, good food. Keep up the good work !
