Delicious Coffee with Great customer service, Franchisee took Pride in serving high Quality Food. love going to the cafe every day which is clean and appealing. Keep it up Jamaica blue team. my 6 year old love your babyccino.

My wife and I get coffee 3 to 4 times a Week here. The staff are always friendly, polite and approachable. Coffee is always hot and fresh. Can get busy around morning tea and lunch Times as most hospital staff order the coffee from here.

Didn’t eat any food but wow - surprisingly good coffee. I’d have rated it four stars if the staff had provided sugar.

Coffee is a coin toss here. Sometimes it’s ok, most times undrinkable. Food wise, I’ve only had the occasional chicken toast with salad and that’s been good. Very over-priced as it’s the only cafe in the hospital. More dining options are need to increase quality of service.

Today I needed a Coffee before going to Physio.I placed my order and my Coffee was brought to my table by Barista Reet. It was hot and so delicious after Physio I ordered the same again. I will repeat this on Wednesday. Thank you Reet for making me a perfect coffee.

Service not great. A smile doesn't cost anything. They advertise breakfast 7 days a week & then tell you they don't cook on weekends, yet they have all the menus out. They told me to pick from the cabinet & they will reheat it. Reheat eggs, bacon ect, disgusting! They tried to tell me they have never done cooked breakfasts on the weekend, this is bull as I have ordered it many times before. I will never set foot in this cafe again.

Had the most disgusting burnt coffee here. Worst was the reaction I got from the barista, Thalia.. aparently it wasn't her fault. how does people get keep their jobs with a work ethics and skills like that.. Who ever owns this place should either sell it or get rid of staff like this.. Fyi. I am a barista and it's disgrace to my industry!!

Even with a 2 week in advance booking for 13 guests, they could not cater for the majority of there limited menu. .... so a 90th birthday lunch was celebrated with 2 eggs Benedict and chicken pineapple roles for everone Else. I shouldn't complain though, I got the only hamburger left
