Review Heart & Soul Wholefood Cafe - Grafton

My wife brought home a coffee from there, one of the best coffees I've ever had. We went in there for breakfast for Valentine's Day and the food is delicious.

Doing some disaster relief work in the Grafton area so I’m staying in a local motel. Called in to Heart & Soul today and they were fantastic people, very positive and warm, incredibly friendly. Coffee is brilliant, smooth, velvety, good size. Always a great start to the day. And then I had the standard bacon and eggs and they were brilliant as well. The free range bacon was a melt in the mouth breakfast and the eggs were good too. Internal layout is a good size, the music is low and unobtrusive and there are ceiling fans keeping the air circulating gently. Absolutely loved it, will be my standard breakfast place for the rest of my stay.

Know what they’re doing on the coffee front. Excellent. I didn’t try food but offering looks quality. Seating limited but cool vibe and roomy sidewalk. Good work guys.

Amazing coffee and sweets. The minty matcha latte and flourless chocolate cake made a great combo for a quick stop. Will definitely come back and try the food next time traveling through the area.

Through our Jacaranda journey we have a very nice breakfast here. I would said the food was very delicious, good price, good portions and friendly staff.

Just love Heart & Soul. The food is amazing and highly recommend the Persian love cake. Coffee is always excellent and the service and friendly welcome is the best in town. The atmosphere is relaxed which is the best way to enjoy your coffee.

I had never been a regular visitor to any cafes; however now that I've tried the beautifully presented food and that yummy coffee, I'm there at least twice per week. The staff are excellent, when it's really busy the staff continue to smile and represent their work place very well. Ambience is spot on too.

Food was amazing & loved the friendly staff. Highly recommend to all travellers passing through Grafton.

Great staff, great food, great atmosphere. I am not a "foodie" but there is nothing here I won't eat without a smile of satisfaction on my face. You cannot go past this place without having the urge to pop in.

A lovely cafe in Grafton serving fresh wholesome food which both of us enjoyed. Will definitely return next time we are here or passing through.

A wet weekend in Grafton and I scored a had a hat-trick of visits - Wonderful staff, great coffee, excellent food and relaxing ambience , can't think of a better place to be!

The best cafe by far! Love the service and atmosphere and staff are always going above and beyond!!! Always a pleasure to come home to visit knowing i can visit heart and soul!!

Amazing! <br/>As a Melbournian I am very fussy about coffee and cafes in general. Heart & Soul is a beautiful appointed cafe, good coffee, friendly service and delicious food. I had a gluten free granola brekky jar to go and a lunch pack with 4 different salads and a veggie pattie. Highly impressed and will return when in Grafton again.<br/>Great for vegetarian, vegan, gluten free & raw. Had meat options as well.

Don't know what Kaye Swan was thinking but the H&S cafe is wonderful. Lovely setting inside, friendly and efficient staff and food for breakfast was very tasty - sourdough with avocado, feta and tomato (cafe happily swappedout the poached egg which I didn't feel like this morning and threw some feta and tomato on)<br/><br/>Food fresh and delicious. Great place for breakfast stop

Delicious food, helpful team. A definite destination!!! Yumm! We enjoyed Acai bowl and Try chocolate chilli chai if it appeals. Tasted amazing! Kid friendly too.

What a strange place. So many people have raved about this little cafe but I just wasn't impressed. I thought that they were trying to go for a more modern approach in a country town but just didnt nail it. The coffee was mediocre and my food was just..... food. I guess I'd try it again but it's just not for me.

Was on a drive to Byron Bay from Coffs. And always on the look out for great, unique cafes. I had the chicken burger which i split with my wife and loved it. The choc smoothy is great would have another if i had room in my stomach ☺

Stopped in for lunch on a road trip. Delicious, satiating, healthy food. Coffee above average. All topped off with excellent and friendly service. Highly recommended.

Quirky and delightful. It's been a while since I have been home, and what a wonderful surprise to find this great cafe! Quirky decor, warm and helpful staff and yummy wholefoods. It was a really lovely space to spend time in.

Wow. This place is special. My wife and I went there for an early lunch with our toddler and the food was amazing. We were so impressed we ordered take away to have for dinner. The juice, coffee, and desserts were all really really good. The salads and the salmon, chicken, and veggie paddies are so yummy. The menu is clever and the food is good for you. The sauces are rich and vibrant. The fit out is smart and pretty. The plates, glass jars, and take away packaging are fresh. It was reasonably priced and the staff are very friendly. This place easily competes on all levels with the best cafes I've been to in Sydney and Melbourne. Faultless. It has inspired us to rejig our dinner menus at home. 10 out of 10.
