What a fantastic pub. Surrounded by beautiful countryside which is your view from the main deck. The steak is mouth watering and the managers and staff make you feel like family. We played music here ( acoustic duo ) on New Year’s Eve to a very relaxed and co operative audience. Off the beaten track

We visited the pub last night (Friday) with friends and had a really pleasant evening. Our dinners were reasonably priced, great, service quick and friendly staff. Drinks also well priced. The outdoor area was cool even on a hot night with the bats flying in the distance. We will be back very soon.

Had Sunday lunch there -- steak, chips, salad. The lady behind the bar was pleasant. It was a bit too windy outside for comfort, though the sun was nice.

Great staff, very welcoming. I especially enjoyed the service of from the stunning blond girl Kate working last night, she got my humor and we laughed so much. #GoodTimes

So accommodating, we rang ahead and even though he wasnt planning on opening the bistro he organised the chef to come in for a group of seven. At that point we would have been happy but the food was outstanding and nothing was a problem. This place is a true country gem, and one look at the outdoor

Food was nice, meals are quite large.. good pub food. Dirty tables and ants running around tables are a put off. Need to spend a bit of time cleaning before serving and I would have given a higher rating.

Lovely little pub, dinner beautiful old pics around the walls and loads of boar heads 🐗 Defs a good place to stop on a ride through.
