Love the vibes, perfect place for date night dinner! Their upside down cheesecake is a must try. I was impressed with all the drink options too. Would definitely visit again.

Reminding you all that the hospitality industry needs our support more than ever. Highly recommend the modern Asian Australian menu at Infuse. We tried a lot of different dishes like Edamame beans, grilled wagyu beef skewers, bang bang chicken, green curry, flat rice noodle, chilli beef ribs and jasmine rice. Each dish was excellent in terms of flavour and quality, the packaging was excellent so highly recommend this place for a takeaway.

A stunning restaurant located in Greensborough's growing culinary scene, Infuse’s unmistakable charm is alluring with its adventurous menu that explores the punchy flavours and exotic spices of Asian inspired Modern Australian fare.
The dish of bang bang chicken was a stunning start to our visit. A melange of sweetness, savouriness, chilli kick and a touch of acidity, this was a beautiful dish comprising of rice vermicelli soaking in flavoursome soy ginger dressing together with melt in your mouth chicken laced with Sichuan pepper, cucumber pickles, sesame, shallots, peanuts, bean sprouts, cabbage and coriander.
For mains the half chargrilled chicken was a showstopper. The chicken had been lovingly marinated in lemongrass, lime and chilli before being cooked to absolute perfection. We loved the tender and moist chicken which went well with the accompanying Issan sticky rice, charred corn and house pickled vegetable.
If you love curries then do not go past the green curry served with crispy pan fried barramundi fillet. Harmonising a perfect balance of spices and sweetness, the accompanying curry was sheer pleasure. Together with steamed rice, the robust and fragrant dish was an addictive and comforting dish.
Dessert time continued to please at Infuse and showcased the kitchen’s versatility. The popsicle ensured our visit concluded on a sweet note. Think chocolate and peanut glaze coating blueberry and coconut sorbet.
Lovely experience! Infuse Greensborough has such a nice environment with beautiful decorations! Quick service and a wide variety of options in their menu for all tastes. Had an awesome dinner with my husband and some refreshing cocktails! Definitely recommend it and will come back again! 🤤

We had a fantastic first visit to infuse. The food was delicious and portions were generous. My little girl absolutely loved the chia pudding from my breakfast board. The staff were extremely helpful with making sure we had enough pram space and with helping us to get a highchair. We will definately be back!
Hidden gem with the best ambiance and beautiful interior. Lots of delicious new dishes to pick from. Obsessed with their cocktails . The pulled beef brisket and Bang Bang chicken Salad are amazing and totally worth recommending! Great friendly staff too , can’t wait to come back 😊
Food is delicious, ambiance is fabulous, cocktails are yum and service was fantastic. Try and stop me coming back. We came in late and the service was top notch. There is a large variety of menu items, the hardest decision was choosing what to get. I have my meal already lined up for our return visit, can't wait.

This place is a gem! Had a lovely late lunch here, my friend had the pork belly and she said it was crispy and tender, with great flavours & I had the prawn chilli omlette with roti and couldn't fault it, creamy, spicy with a generous serving. The place also had really great interior & vibes. The service was really top notch as well, never had to ask for extra water or anything.
I came here for lunch on Melbourne Cup day and despite travelling for over an hour to get here, it was totally worth it. Upon entering the premise, I was instantly impressed with the decor and layout of the restaurant.
I ordered their pork belly, beef salad and Japanese souffle pancakes and I must say, I really enjoyed their pork belly. It was crunchy yet tender and the sauce that came with it was absolutely delicious. The rare beef salad lent a refreshing taste and I love the Japanese pancake as well.
Overall, the food was worth trying and I would love to come back again.

Really good place been here a few times, their food was amazing, I’d choose the pancakes over the French toast I reckon, I’ve had chilli scrambled eggs here twice as well which are by far the best, so yum, and their sweet potato chips. Get on it peoples.
Awesome place. Had the beef ribs, crossaint bahn mi, soft shell crab burger. All 3 dishes were full of flavour and came out with minimal waiting. Excellent example of Asian fusion and highly recommended. A real gem in greensborough
Very pleasant find...... modern rustic decor, staff very welcoming, great "outside the box" selection of food options matched equally with great flavours and presentation served very promptly... only negative, I thought it was slightly overpriced.

Amazing food for reasonable price. We had crab sliders - yummy!! Plus lamb curry, rare beef salad and vegetarian flat rice noodles. All very delicious!! The lamb curry was definitely the stand out for me melt in your mouth cooked to perfection with flavour literally infusing throughout. So many vegetables and such a healthy meals with so much flavour at Infuse!
Went here for lunch the other day with a friend. I got the croissant banh mi & my friend got the Thai grilled rare beef. I liked my dish, it had a lot of flavour & they weren’t stingy on the pork belly but I wish there was more crackling on it. My friend liked her dish but thought the salad to beef ratio was a bit too much. Too much salad and not enough beef.
The cafe itself is really cute & spacious, with lots of colour & murals. I’ve heard that the dinner menu though is great so I might come back again for that 😊

Pork belly bao were a highlight, never had one with the bao cooked but thoroughly enjoyed it
Lamb shank for main was tender and fell off he bone
And the red curry salmon was also fantastic
In the end 4.5 sounds harsh for the review I wrote but I rounded it up!

We spent the Brunch O’clock at infuse greensborough today, totally loved the carefully curated menu that twists your classic brunch dishes and tingles your taste buds with Asian fusion, still dreaming of the Croissant Bahn Mi that I paired with sticky chai latte, chai latte lovers take note!
The Crispy Soft Shell Crab in a Brioche Bun was another one of our favourites too, very polite staff and amazing fit out with plenty natural light to brighten up your day.
Best Brunch so far! Indeed, one of melbourne’s best asian fusion restaurants. Its worth the drive from the city - heaps of parking around the area. Price is reasonable. Interior is on point too! My personal favorite is the Croissant Banh Mi. Would definitely recommend this! Cheers xx more power
Came here for breakfast today and had an excellent morning. This place ticked all the brunch-lover's boxes.
With a beautiful bar/restaurant interior and floor-boarding representing brewing keg timber, the combination of natural lighting and fauna decorating the walls, and comfortable decor sofas creates a cozy and warm dining experience on a cool Winter's morning.
I ordered the Breakfast Board, and had the best taste of all their specialities. A cold press orange juice to wash down avo on toast, bacon and eggs, mushroom and tomato, with added side of feta, and an included desert Chia pudding with fresh and juicy berries on top.
Combined with an excellent cup of coffee, it was brewed sweet, rich, and creamy.
Will definitely be coming back soon, thanks team!

Greensborough and everything was absolutely delicious. We shared the Salmon Zucchini Corn Fritters and I had the Thai Grilled Rare Beef which was a perfect macro friendly option. I am very fussy about my coffee and they nailed it first time :) staff members are really friendly and welcoming which made our experience even better. We can highly recommend this place!

We ordered the Prawn Chilli scramble ($18) and Pulled Beef Benedict ($17).
The pulled beef Benedict was served on hot dog style buns that topped with pulled beef, poached egg and hollandaise sauce. The beef had a slightly sweet sauce. Overall 4/5
The Chilli scramble had just the right amount of heat, and topped with feta with a nice flaky roti on the side. Really enjoyed this dish so 5/5 for this one.

i was very happy with Infuse, although my friend and I had to wait a bit for service due to being super busy, the staff were so friendly and apologetic for the long wait for service, the actual food itself came out very fast! i loved the beautiful decoration in the restaurant, absolutely stunning!
i had the Nasi Goreng and the warmed Vietnamese rice vermicelli! both absolutely packed with beautiful flavours, not too much spice which made the dishes enjoyable! i especially loved the Nasi Goreng, the spice and egg was just beautiful!
i definitely would come back to try more gluten free options! :)

A nice dinner with a friend at Infuse! We've been wanting to go for a while and glad we got around to it.
The restaurant was so busy for a Thursday night! We almost didn't get a table. However, the lovely staff member who was managing that night, got us in.
The interior is beautiful. They've really fused modern dining with some Asian influence. There were a lot of tables in the space, but it was so busy I could see why. My friend and I sat at a smaller table up the front, which had really comfy chairs.
Egyptian Pearl Barley: I really enjoyed this dish. The large roast pumpkin wedge was a little bit firmer than I would have liked. However, the flavour was really good. The creamy pistachio yogurt dressing with the sweet dry fruits compliments each other nicely. The pops of pomegranate added some extra sweetness.
Warmed Vietnamese Rice Vermicelli: The noodles were very yummy. Not too soft and not too hard. There was a bit of a smoked flavour to them as well which was nice.
Nasi Goreng: A vibrant dish. The chicken skewer was juicy. The rice had a good amount of flavour on it, and the egg was nice and runny when the yolk was broken.
The restaurant was really busy, and the staff were polite enough to let us know that service could be slow. It did take a while for us to be served, but once we were, the food came out quite quickly.
Such a hidden gem. Staff were friendly and attentive. The menu offers breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The menu also catered for all dietaries. The venue itself was quite spacious, fun and vibrant.
So I don’t write many reviews, but this place deserves one. Went there for lunch, had the Salmon with sticky rice, other half had the brown rice dish with chicken.
It was honestly, amazing. Full of flavour and fresh. Awesome to have such a high standard place in the local area. I will be returning. Deserving of a high rating.

This dish is full of winners from the Chia Pudding to the bacon & avo and freshly squeezed OJ.

Dinner on a busy Saturday night with a party of four. The joint itself has a great vibe like nothing else in the area. We shared meals so had an opportunity to taste a fair range. Stand outs were the spring rolls, grab sliders and the Penang curry. Great beers on tap. Service was fantastic. Going back for sure.
Visited Infuse Greensborough last Saturday to have a lunch with my friend. Tried their Breakfast Board, Nasi Goreng, Japanese Soufflé Buttermilk Pancake and Crispy Otway Pork Belly. They’re all sooo good! They also had gorgeous interiors and an amazing service that makes us comfortable eating there💖

Road trip up north! We were luck to be invited to the newest foodie area in Greensborough. This restaurant not only has a brunch session but also serves dinner. The restaurant is very spacious with seats inside and outside and is neatly decorated.
We loved their asian fusion menu. We had their delicious roasted atlantic salmon in red curry with a side of Issan sticky rice. The curry was delicious and the fish was fresh! definitely a twist to the normal brunch. We also had their Thai Style beef salad which was fresh and had perfectly cooked beef to complement the salad.
To finish out meal we had the most fluffy and tasty pancakes! Their japanese soufflé pancakes were amazing!
Such a funky place. It was busy but the staff were fantastic - attentive & so lovely despite how busy they were. The food was delicious. It is so lucky to have this terrific restaurant in Greensborough.
Came here with a group of friends for dinner. We had heard the good reviews and have to say this place didn’t disappoint. The decor is very nice and gives a great impression when you first walk in. Everything we tried was delicious. It is a little on the expensive side but worth it. We shared a few dishes and they were all amazing. We will have to come back to try the other things on the menu we wanted to try.
Best new place in Greensy, fabulous decor, wait staff are super friendly and food is almost always good. Occasionally the meal is a little sweet for a curry, but some people like it that way I’m sure.
I was fortunate enough to be invited to try a couple of menu items. We ended up having the french toast and the beef Benedict. The beef in the benedict melts in your mouth, the onion with it marries perfectly with the Hollandaise and on the brioche bun gives the perfect small amount of sweetness

The French toast the bread is light and fluffy with a light coating off egg the passion fruit maple is an excellent sweet tart blend, the fresh fruit sets off the sweetness
I really loved the interior - light filled, well decked out - can easily transition from a brunch spot in the morning to a nice dinner location at night. Friendly accommodating staff, very quick turnaround. Decent coffee.
Greensborough is stepping up, locals don't need to travel too far for something that's quality. Infuse yourself in this cafe. Seriously.

Infuse Greensborough prides itself on Asian Fusion cuisine. Fusion cuisine combines elements of different culinary traditions that originate from different countries, regions or cultures. Cuisines of this type have played a part in innovating many modern restaurant cuisines in today's day and age. In the case of Infuse Greensborough, Asian and Western styles of cooking come together for an impeccable experience.
Plenty of parking is available at the back of the restaurant. Upon entry, the interior is modern, trendy and chic. Downlights from a high ceiling illuminate the restaurant well in conjunction with providing a contemporary and luxurious feel. A friendly greeting was exchanged and we were soon escorted courteously to our table.
We opted to start with an entrée of the Crispy Soft Shell Crab Slider. This was recommended by the waiter and well received by us. Each slider (a mini burger) consisted of deliciously toasted fluffy bread buns lined with a portion of crispy soft shell crab [Asian] and a layer of celeriac remoulade [French]. The crunch of the batter contrasted well with the tenderness of the crab, which was further complemented by the creamy lightness of the celeriac. Each bite was an amazing combination of flavours and textures that oozed delight with each subsequent chew. We loved the presentation and taste of this entrée - it set the bar high for us and was truly an excellent start.
Our mains came shortly after. First came the Hong Kong Egg Noodles, a typically common Asian dish. However, this one was significantly spruced up by the presence of confit duck [French]. Duck confit is duck that has been cured with salt and then gently cooked in its own fat. The duck emerges meltingly tender with a rich, slightly salty but mellow flavor that blossoms in your mouth. The egg noodles were coated in a sublime sauce that I found very pleasant. Mild Asian greens further accentuate this dish by providing a touch of acidity and tang. This dish wholly exceeded our expectations and looked forward to the next dishes to come.
The Roast Atlantic Salmon Red Curried came next. Presented immaculately, this dish was yet another superb physical manifestation of Eastern and Western Infusion. Fresh, tender salmon lightly coated with a zesty curry sauce was presented with an accompaniment of pickled house vegetables. The mild sourness of the pickled vegetables contrasted well with the salmon to bring out the best of both elements. A single cassava cracker [South American] perks up the dish with its mustiness. Yet another delightful dish and left us keen for the next one to come.
The Green Curry arrived shortly after. The dish brimmed with flavour and was coolly Asian in its form. The barramundi piece that it came with was once again another flawless piece. Firm and moist, the fish accompanied amazingly with the array of vegetables present in the curry. Eating this with Jasmine Rice was a wholesomely comfortable dish that pleased us immensely. We savoured every last drop of the curry.
Our final main was the Chilli Beef Ribs. It consisted of three steamed baos [Asian bun], celeriac remoulade [French] and two chunks of beef ribs marinated in Infuse's trademark Asian Zing Sauce. The baos were fantastically fluffy and light. The beef ribs were splendidly tender and came off the bone easily. Each piece of meat resonated with flavour and carried a wonderful texture that left me rolling my eyes back in sheer enjoyment. The heaviness of the beef was balanced delicately by the creamy lightness of the celeriac remoulade. Each spoonful conjured yet another wonderful tang that tantalized my taste buds. The individual components of this dish come together amazingly for an incredible masterpiece. Now that we wrapped up our mains, it was time for dessert.
The crème brûlée [French] was an awesome creamy dessert. The crispy caramel topping was well done and the luscious interior was a lovely sweetness from a combination of custard and egg yolks. When eaten together, the crunch and sweetness come together to produce a magnificent combination of texture and flavour. Red velvet, pomegranate and white chocolate oat crumble littered the dish to offer variety in texture while offering different kinds of sweetness.
We ordered the Soy Pannacotta [Italian] on a whim. We were quite pleasantly surprised by the delectable sourness of dessert. Meringue, passionfruit and candied walnut accompanied the dish in a lovely manner that left us extremely satisfied.
The waiter that presented our food to us was wholly devoted to his service. His big smiles, zest and enthusiasm really added a positive touch to our dining experience.
We were incredibly pleased with the quality of food, service and atmosphere of this restaurant. I was still fondly reminiscing the taste of the food for hours after I had consumed them. The flavours were so truly wonderfully terrific and left a wonderfully positive imprint on my experiences fo Asian Fusion. I highly recommend this place if you want to try the highlights of Asian and Western cuisine infused.
I came here with mu hubby & kid, and I must say that the place was really nice with plenty of space to bring our pram inside.
For the foods, we ordered the Gado-Gado, Calamary Rings, and Prawn Chilli Scramble. They all tasted soooo sooo goood!!
For the drinks we ordered their Strawberry & Mango Mocktails, super fresh!
Anddd, for the dessert we tried their Banana Crème Brûlée.
We love everything that we ordered, too bad their meat are not Halal so we can’t try their other menus. However, we will definitely come back, especially for their Prawn Chilli Scramble!

Great portion sizes and so dang tasty!
The pancakes were thick, whilst still light and fluffy, and were accompanied by raspberry and white chocolate oat crumbs... so delicious!
The fritters were such a beautiful fusion of a western style dish with a Japanese twist. So full of flavour... would absolutely order this again!

On a very cold rainy Sunday last week, we made way to Infuse for our first time. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed how cool the interior was - a really trendy and modern looking restaurant. There was a lot of seating inside, and also some tables outside, where we chose to sit. I ordered a chai latte which was so delicious, I downed it so quickly! I also had the Berry You Up smoothie, which was yummy and absolutely full of berry flavour. I ordered the breakfast board, whilst my husband ordered the Japanese soufflé pancake. Wow, the pancakes were an absolute highlight - so soft and fluffy, they were so delicious and went down an absolute treat. I could’ve eaten 10! The breakfast board was also great, I loved the abundance of delicious button mushrooms, and the juice was delicious and refreshing. The board actually comes with a poached egg as well which is not mentioned on the menu. I look forward to coming back to Infuse to try the delicious looking dinner menu as well. We came here to try the breakfast menu. The interior of this place was beautiful, they also had outdoor seats at the front of the restaurant.
We ordered a Matcha Latte, a Soy Latte, the Croissant Banh Mi, the Japanese Souffle Buttermilk Pancake and the French (which was essentially a french toast).
The coffee was beautifully made and the Matcha Latte definitely hit the spot!
We loved the Croissant Banh Mi! It had a lot of different textures with the croissant itself, the pork slices, the soft egg and the crunchy salad - it all worked together beautifully.
The buttermilk pancake was also very delicious, sweet and definitely satisfied a sweet tooth like me.
However, we were a little disappointed with the French. It looked beautiful but the toast was very dry. The fruit toppings were delicious but we were unable to finish the toast itself.
Other than that, it was a wonderful dining experience. I hope the french toast was only a one time so-so experience.
I hope to come back and try the other menu items on the breakfast menu. I would definitely recommend this place!
A beautiful cafe in the heart of Greensborough which offers an amazing variety of your favourite breakfast options with a tasty south east Asian twist!
We ordered the Japanese soufflé buttermilk pancakes, accompanied w/ Maple, Red Velvet, Raspberry & White Chocolate Oat Crumbs + Vanilla Bean Ice Cream!
AND.....Almond Crusted French Toast ~ Candied Walnuts, seasonal berries, banana & passionfruit maple!

Overall great experience at Infuse! I’m so glad to find a local restaurant that’s akin to modern Asian fusion restaurants that are usually found in the city. The crispy bao was amazing, I could eat 100 of them. Couldn’t fault the food. Service was also on point 👌🏻 But I found that the cocktails were quite disappointing. I will definitely be back though !!

We had heard that Infuse opened up in Greensborough and decided to try it out for dinner! Here’s what we had!
Crispy Bao - served with pork belly, pickled cucumber, herbs, chili and peanut! This was a wonderful starters as the bao was indeed crispy and the pork belly was cooked to perfection! With this combination, there was no surprise to the melting sensation in my mouth! The addition of the chili was a good idea to give an extra kick to this.
Thai grilled rare beef - as you can see from the picture, there was a lovely array of vegetables served together with the beef slices! The beef was so succulent and juicy and it was refreshing to have the salad together with it!
Chili beef ribs - served with steamed baos and celeriac remoulade, this was pretty much a make your own bao which was such a clever idea! The ribs were so soft and juicy and slipped off the ribs perfectly! It was super flavorful with a zing aftertaste hence making it my fave for the evening!
Crispy pork belly - served with green papaya, cucumber, mint, peanut, snake bean, heirloom cherry tomato, red onion and chili caramel, what could go wrong here? Nothing! They nailed it with all the flavors and the pork belly was of course as promised! The skin was crisped to perfection and the meat was so juicy that it made me go back for more with each bite!
Though Infuse is a bit out of the way for some, it is definitely worth a visit for their yummy food! Would love to visit again to try out their brunch menu!

He weekend ritual of zomato browsing on weekends to see which brunch joint to go to this Saturday brought my attention to this relatively new establishment in Greensborough. Greensborough isn’t the first suburb that comes to mind when thinking of amazing brunch places but given their good reviews, I thought why not.
After illegally parking in the nearby KFC car park, we sneaked our way across the drive through window and into the restaurant a few doors down.
The decor and feel of the restaurant was very modern and soothing.
The trendy little cups for water drinking; although cool, was not too practical for the thirsty of heart.
Their menu was quite interesting and I was torn between multiple dishes to choose from. In the end I relented to only ordering two, them being the breakfast board and the pork belly (can never go wrong with that succulent pork fat and crispy skin given that it is now the recently crowned super food).
Coffee was decent, usual brunch standard.
Food was quite delicious. Loved the assortment of things to indulge in from the breakfast board. The pork belly was also well cooked with nice crispy skin. It came with a Thai influenced green salad and sweet spicy dressing.
Being the greedy of mind and fat of heart, I couldn’t resist not ordering a little extra, that being the corn on a cob. Corn was succulent and I enjoyed the red flavouring over it.
Only downside of my experience was that one of the waiters seemed to be having an off day and was rather cold and inattentive, rather unusual for quality brunch places where staff are usually very cheerful and accommodating.

I was invited to try the lunch menu at Infuse, Greensborough. It was a long train ride for me from the CBD, but let me just say, I'm so glad I did! This is one of the few places in Melbourne which absolutely provides a fabulous dining experience in return for the trek!
Food: We ordered the Japanese Souffle Buttermilk Pancake, Sesame Tuna Bowl, the Breakfast Board, Roast Pumpkin Barley Bowl, Chilli Beef Ribs.
The Pancakes had red velvet raspberries and white chocolate oat crumbs. The pancakes came in a stack of two extremely thick pancakes in a "hotcake" style. Fluffy to the touch and slightly dense on the inside (which is exactly how I like it), it was served with vanilla bean ice cream. The combination of cold ice cream and the warm pancake was incredible! I also loved the crunch of the oat crumbs (which were delightfully sweet too).
The Sesame Tuna dish screams FRESH! Seared Yellow Fin Tuna which was 100% reddish pink on the inside, it went perfectly with the dipping sauce. You would also enjoy the Egyptian Barley salad that came with it and the Soy cured Egg Yolk :)
The Brekky board had all the standards of a filling morning meal - chia seed pudding, granola, mango puree, fruits, bread, mushrooms, fresh juice, and LOTS of bacon. Incredible value for money and big enough to share.
I was thoroughly impressed by the HUGE pieces of Pumpkin in the rost pumpkin bowl! Carved out into the shape of crescents, this was a creative take on the roasted pumpkin - if you love the combo of salty feta with sweetness of pumpkin, this dish is for you!
Finally, the Chilli Beef Ribs were a huge hit - it is a really big lunch size portion served with steamed bao, with lots of Asian zing to them, Perfect if you want a protein heavy brunch!
Ambiance: The highlight for me was the beautiful artwork on the walls throughout Infuse, Greensborough! From the splashes of red colored flowers that greet you at the entrance, to the mesmerizing green eyes of the woman in the painting in the middle of the restaurant, the ambiance goes perfectly with the creative theme you see in the food!
Service: Perfect. Patient service - they let us take 30 minutes or more to decide what to eat and always spoke with a smile. Thank you so much!
Overall, a fabulous eatery serving creative food with love!
Oh my god infuse is fab! We came in for breakfast and ordered two serves of the Japanese Buttermilk Pancakes and one Breakfast Board. Staff were super friendly and accomodating of dietary requirements , service was quick, and the food was amazing! Infuse will definitely become a regular breakfast spot for us, and we can’t wait to come in and try dinner!
The food is fresh and tasty! The traditional breakfast options combined with a modern fusion really brought an exciting touch to our meals. Highly recommend.

Absolutely 5 stars. Fit out, service, menu offerings, price point, and of course, the food itself. They have a $15 lunch special Monday to Thursday - a choice of 3 special menu items plus a wine or beer or soft drink. From this menu I tried the calamari with an asian slaw and it was delicious. On my second visit I tried from the normal menu the nasi goreng with chicken skewers. So incredibly tasty and great wok hei. What a fabulous addition to the Greensborough area.

Infuse Greensborough is one of those places that really does Asian fusion brunch - they don’t just throw in a Japanese or Thai ingredient and call it a day. We had the following dishes:
The Otway Crispy Pork Belly: arguably the best dish we had. The meat was really nicely done and tender, the chilli jam had us going in for more. The papaya salad was a great refreshing side piece to calm the spiciness of the sauce.
The Sesame Tuna Bowl: the gooey cured egg yolk was such a nice touch to this dish, it was almost nutty in flavour. The tuna tartare was very nicely done, and the pearl barley on the side was a great accompaniment with sweet notes of raisins and nuts. A really nice, clean dish.
The Soufflé Pancakes: the highlight of this dish was arguably the oats covered in chocolate and topped with berries. Such a fantastic accompaniment to each bite of the lovely pancake. The pancakes were denser than expected but had fantastic flavour.
Soft shell crab burger: the soft shell crab burger was fried to perfection in this dish. The brioche was fresh and tasty, and the sweet potato chips that came as a side were really addictive. The only bone to pick would be the lack of sauce - but it could be a matter of preference. The more sauce, the soggier the burger and not everyone likes soggy brioche!
The coffee here was good, extra points for the chai latte that came steeped on the side for a real strong flavour. The food here is really good, so do check it out if you’re in the area, if not check out their branch in Camberwell!
We were lucky enough to be invited to try out the recently opened Infuse in Greensborough for brunch. The menu offered a large variety of south east asian classic dishes with a modern spin.
We ordered The French, a Croissant Banh Mi and Gado Gado salad. The croissant banh mi was a pleasant surprise - the pork belly was an odd but interesting pairing with the croissant! Definitely worth a try!
A great local brunch spot for those close to Greensborough. If we're back in the area, we'd definitely come back here again!

There is a saying that says ‘Cold hands, warm heart.’ And while Melbourne cold weather has started to show up, there is a brewing infusion that opened recently and warms everyone.
Infused by which type of leave or tea? Well, I can tell you that for a fact Infuse Greensborough is no Earl Grey. No sir. There is an Asian storm brewing inside this place that irradiates beauty and colour from every corner. Even not being a person to visit many art museums and appreciate paintings, I definitely stopped and stared with the utmost enchantment at every painting on the walls of Infuse Greensborough.
I don’t think I’ve been to a place that such an incredible and interesting decoration and trust me when I tell you that every art deco perfectly detailed invites you in for an offer that you know that you cannot infuse (refuse 😂). And this is definitely the place to infuse yourself with some inspiration for life.

Me and my friend had:
- House made bircher - definitely a surprising and delicious meal. Sometimes it’s hard to have that satisfying but not fullness feeling because oats and meals with muesli can be quite filling but this bircher hit the perfect spot. The oats were so pleasant blended with warm almond milk and the fruits and mango purée made the meal so enjoyable.
- Breakfast board vegan version - with a delicious and well presented chia pudding, two cloves of sourdough along with avocado and other sides, it is undoubtedly a nourishing board. It balances sweet and savoury perfectly!
- Sesame tuna bowl without egg yolk and with sides of tomato, mushrooms and sourdough toast - seriously impressive, seriously impressive indeed! Not only is the dish beautifully elaborated and designed but the taste of the tuna is flawless 👌 the sesame seeds takes it to next level and as a matter of comparison, it is definitely better than any tuna poke bowl I’ve ever had!
- Turmeric almond latte - I’m a huge fan of chai lattes but this day I was curious to see how an Asian fusion restaurant with such beauty would create a turmeric latte, and let me tell you that it did not disappoint! In fact, the taste was so well accomplished that definitely reflects the quality of the ingredients used and the skilled barista art of the owner!
- Cacao green smoothie - my friend had this smoothie but she said it was such a deliciousness that made me think that I should have asked for one myself too!
It was a true pleasure to visit and I was overwhelmed by this mesmerising place. The owner is so talented and welcoming and I would definitely go back!

What a beautiful up and coming cafe! I’m obsessed with the presentation and the taste of everything. The breaky board is just the cutest. ❤️❤️❤️ I think @infusegreensborough is a perfect brunch spot, it has great food and extremely spacious. It also has free parking at the back for 2hours. We had a wonderful experience here.

Went there for lunch few weeks ago with mom and sis, a newly opened fusion restaurant in greensborough. I gotta say, i cant remember the name of the dishes but damnnn they taste good.
BUT the prices of the food here are more to high end dining prices. So if you dont mind spending, its worth trying them out.
Their pork crackling is my fav, also the pink cocktail drink which i cant remember the name. Sweet but yet alchohollyyyy. Thumbs upppp!
This delightful venue offers an Infuse between Asian and Australian/modern dishes that are sure to entice all the senses! The food here is absolutely incredible and the interior is beautiful, sleek and modern. We enjoyed mainly their vegetarian dishes as my friend was vegetarian and as a meat eater these dishes were so full of flavour that I could easily be vegetarian if there are an example!

We were invited to Infuse last night a restaurant that, as the name suggests, offers exciting fusion style dishes. You will definitely see some unique and interesting items on the menu here and it’s always good to try something different. The space itself is also impressive and very modern.
We started with the lemongrass chicken skewers with satay sauce and hoisin sticky ribs. Both entrees were very tasty with the sauces really making the dishes. I also enjoyed a mojito which is always a favourite.
Main wise we chose the massaman lamb shank and the chicken Penang curry. I found the Penang a little spicy but the massaman flavours were perfect for my palate. It also presented really beautifully. For sides we had a roti, greens and katsu carrots. The carrots were quite a cool concept but we hadn’t realised there were quite a few on top of the penang so we didn’t need to order them separately.
We finished on dessert trying the cookies and cream popsicle and the soy pannacotta. The panna was presented in a deep dish rather than a plate so I couldn’t really assess the wobble. It had quite a gelatinous texture and a strong passionfruit flavour. The popsicle was yummy and probably my preferred of the two. Overall this is a great little addition to a suburban area that desperately needed a venue like this
Melbourne has many Asian Fusion Restaurants around yet I still get very excited when I hear there’s a NEW place open! We had such an incredible experience @infusegreensborough and it was well worth the drive! Everything tasted AMAZING but the standout dishes were the “Crispy pork belly Bao” and “Slow cooked lamb shank” dipped with delicious Roti 🤤 SO GOOD! My friend really enjoyed it and raved about it afterwards too. The interior and decor was so cute as well. Good work guys!
It’s a great place. The place is huge from inside, it serves you with awesome food and with great enthusiasm. I would definitely like to keep going to this place and their portion is also generous.
Travelled all the way to Greensborough and this cafe was definitely worth the trip! The interior was beautifully decorated to begin with and the staff were super friendly. The food was amazing too! We ordered: The French , Japanese Buttermilk Pancakes, Soft Shell Crab Burger, Thai Salmon and Corn Fritters and the Croissant Bahn Mi! The pancakes was my favourite with a soft and fluffy texture yet very buttery and dense. The burger and corn fritters were amazing too and definitely worth a try!! Everything else was just as good! Definitely try out their mock tails too!
Travelled all the way out to 'Greensborough' for some fusion Thai. For starters this place was so beautifully styled. The decor was 👌 The staff here were lovely and offered great service. A great menu with some well thought out dishes. Overall a great dining experience

Last night we ventured out to Greensborough to check out the spiced up menu at newly opened infuse. The interior was stunning with wall art, and relaxed sofas at the very front which would be perfect for sitting with cocktails or as we did having a shared meal.
We started with a beer and a delightful French martini with raspberries decoration. it was a really nice way to finish off a long weekend.
We ordered the soft shell crab sliders and sticky lamb ribs as a entree. The crab had the perfect level of crunch, a delightful creaminess from the celeriac remoulade and some hidden citrus for freshness and a slight hit of chilli, each mouthful perfectly balanced.
The sticky lamb ribs were lip smackingly sticky, there was a fabulous caramelization on the ribs and it paired perfectly with the soy, sesame flavours and yoghurt sauce.
For mains we ordered the half roast or grilled chicken with sticky rice and green barramundi curry. This tender and moist chicken was served in the most spicy crispy skin, the spice rub used was incredible, my taste buds went berserk as I devoured mouth after mouthful. Also on the plate and worth a mention where some delightful sweet pickles and smokey/super sweet char grilled corn.
The green curry arrived topped with a generous piece of crispy skinned barramundi. I really enjoyed the inclusion of the crispy skin on the barramundi and found the superb wok flavored skin added a lovely crunch to each bite. Being such a mild green curry this crispy skinned barramundi bought a different dimension of texture and flavours.
We thought we had no room for dessert but managed to order one to share anyway. The banana creme brûlée was one of the more interesting I had eaten. Cooked banana in the custard and a thick torched sugar layer that was a pleasure to crack. On top of that pomegranates and red velvet and white chocolate oat crumb. A wonderful way to finish off our evening.

I’ve been here twice with family and have thoroughly enjoyed both meals. It’s a good place to grab a few share plates. Great ambiance inside, front area is a little tired and uninteresting but once you enter - it’s so lovely calm.
definitely worth making a trip to greensborough for! visited infuse greensie for the first time with a girlfriend and we enjoyed every single bit of our experience. for starters we opted for the chargrilled lemongrass chicken skewers, crispy bao and sticky hoisin lamb ribs (faveee). as for our main we got the chilli beer ribs with a side of sweet potato chips - couldn’t help ourselves. cocktails were ordered as well but we were too excited to even snap a picture beforehand! ambience and customer service had met all expectations. will definitely be back to try everything else on their menu!

The exciting new addition to Greensborough with an Asian-infused Modern Australian menu - Infuse Greensborough is both a cafe and restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks! We were so excited to be invited to try their food, and it definitely blew us away!
The venue is hip, modern and industrial-style. The wall decorations are stunning and there is plenty of seating too. We came at lunch time and wanted to try everything on the menu! In the end, we decided on the Gado Gado, the Croissant Banh Mi, the Roast Pumpkin Barley Bowl, and The French.
The Gado Gado (vegan) was delicious. Such a huge variety of vegetables - sprouts, wombok, sweet potato, snake bean, fried tofu, and cassava crackers! But the best part was that amazing peanut dressing - it was thick and creamy, nutty and fragrant, and really brought the whole dish together. A delicious and healthy, yet very flavourful , lunch dish!
The Croissant Banh Mi was one of the highlights. Such a unique combination of a croissant with Asian flavours! The croissant itself was perfectly flakey and buttery, and the roast pork belly and lemon mayo were delightful.
The French was the perfect dish to end off on a sweet note. The toast was thick, fluffy, crispy and warm - everything you’d want for a French toast. The candied walnuts and almond crust gave a delightful crunch, while the vanilla creme fraiche added a nice creaminess to the dish. The tartness of the berries and lemon meringue balanced out the sweetness of the dish.
Overall, we had an amazing time at Infuse Greensborough, and I’ll definitely be back to have dinner here! An awesome venue and amazing food - you don’t want to miss it!
Big fan of Infuse Camberwell so was so excited when they opened in Greensborough, even closer to me! I went for dinner to try out their amazing Asian menu and was not disappointed.
The buffalo chicken wings with Asian zingy sauce was a personal fave as well as the crispy bao and pork belly.

Having been impressed with Infuse Camberwell in the past, I was keen to visit the recently opened Infuse Greensborough, and I wasn't disappointed. The restaurant has quite a large space with beautiful murals on the wall, a pretty sitting area, and lovely tables. The staff had us seated quickly, and were more than happy to recommend cocktails and dishes to try.
We started with sesame crusted tuna and edamame spring rolls. The tuna was beautifully presented, so fresh and colourful, and it tasted divine. The chilli on top was amazingly hot, so much so that we didn't finish it! The spring rolls were everything you want in this Asian classic, crunchy exterior with tasty fillings.
For mains we had the outstanding beef ribs with bao, the vegetarian jungle curry and morish roti with satay sauce. Everything was tasty and presented perfectly. Just the right amount of spice and heat.
We finished on a fab note, with the banana creme brulee which was heaven in a bowl, with the accompanying raspberry crumble just the right amount of tang and crunch to offset the creamy custard.
Along with some refreshing cocktails, our evening at Infuse Greensborough was a great mix of amazing food, fab ambience and attentive, friendly staff. Would definitely recommend you try it asap.
Seriously funky new restaurant in Greensy. Fresh and fab interior, I can definitely see myself coming here for bevis, finally somewhere cool for drinks and catch ups locally! The barley pumpkin bowl was so fresh and flavourful and I loved all the elements in the dish especially the pomegranate! I also loved all the fresh fruits in the Bircher 🙌🏼 it was so aesthetically pleasing too ❤️

A few weeks ago I popped into infuse greensborough for dinner.
We were greeted by friendly staff and seated quickly. I couldn’t believe how much variety they offered on their menu! I had a lot of difficulty trying to narrow down options, ( side note, I was eating with a vegetarian and there were plenty of veg options too) but I finally got there, so this is what we had - (
Seared yellow fin tuna - SO GOOD! I loved the way this dish was presented, and more importantly the taste and flavors worked extremely well together.
Spring rolls - these were veg, packed with flavor and spring rolls are just yum so WIN
Chili beef ribs - ok, these ribs were so good. Very generous serving of beef too, paired with baos you really can’t go wrong. Perfect for sharing but I are them all on my own because I’m fat like that.
Jungle curry - another fab veggie option. I love a Thai curry and would definitely recommend this one to order if you’re not feeling the meat thing.
Overall - such a present and enjoyable night. Highly recommend a visit. Thanks guys
We loved our visit at Infuse! The restaurant is very well located across from the shopping center in Greensborough and easily accessible. The cafe was very well set up with a nice modern touch and the amazing wall art was a unique addition to the cafe.
The service was exceptional from all staff as they ensured they attended to our every need at all times during our visit. It was great to meet the owner who made a special effort to introduce himself and personally ask us if we enjoyed our food!
We were treated to an amazing feast of Asian fusion inspired dishes including: the croissant bahn mi, the vegan gado gado, the roast pumpkin barley bowl and the french toast. All of these were delicious, flavoursome and beautifully presented so there was little to fault.
All in all, this new restaurant is definitely one to try, it has all the right ingredients for success!
Infuse camberwell is one of my favourite place to go to and now there’s one in Greensborough. Went there for dinner on a Monday night and all I have to say is I’m very impressed! From the food to the service, and the interior, it has this cool vibes, love it!
We ordered the Seared yellow fin tuna, Thai grilled rare beef, Nasi Goreng, Roast atlantic salmon curried (that comes with the cute bambo thing with the sticky rice inside) and Soy pannacotta for dessert. Had the two Mocktails; Strawberry daiquiri and Ginger peach mojito. That tuna was the highlight for me and so is the pannacotta. And surprisingly, everything were Gluten Free. I wouldn’t mind being GF if I’m able to eat these.
Highly recommended this restaurant to everyone! Best dining experience and affordable too!
Had a lovely brunch at Infuse! I ordered the soufflé pancakes and I was blown away, I’ve never tried this style of pancake and I was so impressed. My mum ordered the smashed avocado which I tried too and it was delicious!
It’s a beautiful cafe with very aesthetically pleasing decor. They perfect the infusion of Asian and modern Australian cuisine. I will definitely be back to try the lunch menu!

Visited Infuse in Greensborough with a group of friends, including a couple of small kids and decided to take their menu’s advice that their “food is designed for the shared table” literally. And indeed it was.
To begin we chose to share a selection of starters; the Edamame Beans, Sticky Hoisin Lamb Ribs, Grilled Wagyu Beef Skewers, Salt and Pepper Calamari and Roasted Miso Eggplant. Honestly, the Calamari would rate 11 out of 10, none of us could remember having a plate of more tender and crispy treats, made more tasty by a hint of lime zing and some Sriracha mayo.
The Lamb ribs met the figurative “falling off the bone” test and many fingers were licked to enjoy the last of the delicious sticky sauce. The Edamame had an unusual and tasty touch of being served with a sprinkling of toasted coconut sheds, giving it a nice twist to the usual salted pods.
The Miso Eggplant was great with the bonus of being a very large serve of three half eggplants so everyone could enjoy plenty. We were all pretty satisfied with the starters and didn’t need to order too much more, so we rounded out dinner with an order of Lamb San Choy Bao for those who wanted a little more to finish. The bowls of cold super crisp lettuce wrapped around the minced lamb filling were a great and refreshing way to make sure everyone was satisfied.
For drinks we simply had white wine and some sparkling, which were good, but one of us had a Cable Car cocktail, based on spiced rum, which was handed around for tasting and everyone loved it.
Being pretty full we shouldn’t have had dessert, but of course did anyway, sharing a delicious Dark Chocolate Souffle, fluffy and nicely bittersweet with icecream to contrast.
The kids enjoyed strawberry milkshakes made with strawberry jam which the adults all tried too. Finally one very greedy adult (lol) had the Crème Brulee, which in keeping with a lot of the dishes was subtly different to standard, with a granola topping and small pieces of rhubarb in the crème under the crisp burnt sugar crust.
All in all we had a great evening with super delicious food and good friendly service, definitely going to return very soon.

I tried the vegan Gado Gado, with tofu, sweet potato, cabbage, bean sprouts, cassava crisp and an amazing peanut sauce. The flavours were amazing!! Lots of vegan options here which I LOVE! My almond latte was fantastic!
The decor is so cool here - light, bright, and great artwork 😍 Service is terrific too!

I’ve never had a bad experience at Infuse! I’ve been here about 4 times and every time they always hit the spot. Came recently on Sunday and enjoyed the Nasi Goreng, my grandma got the chicken burger and my mum got the rare beef salad. All hits! PLUS sparkling water off the tap for free?? Insane! Staff are always friendly, the food is fresh and so flavoursome. Highly recommend for that upper market Thai dining experience.

Always had a good experience every time we come to Infuse. The food is tasty and along with the friendly staff, we enjoy coming back.
Comfortable restaurant with seating for around 60. Nice sized menu with enough Asian styled options to suit most tastes. Good ambience. Booking required on main nights (but if booking for 2 ask not to be seated by the door because every time the automatic door opens you feel the chill if it cold outside). Plenty of parking at the rear. Friendly and fast service.
