Review Kfc - Gungahlin

Very poor service. We were served by a young girl and she seems new. We ordered 2 set of meals and asked to be packed in 2 different bags because one is for my friend. She noted on it, but when we got it from another girl (different person). She packed it all in 1, and when I asked kindly if all the meals were in there and why wasnt it separated and she didn't sound happy and answered rudely and defensively that it was packed in diff boxes but 1 bag. I had to ask for another bag so I can separate it for my friend. Last part was when I asked for the coleslaw which we haven't received it and she was then taking it and threw it on the table. Very rude and very poor customer service.

the drive through sucks, good luck getting through there without hitting the kerb or bollards. And they have a new 2nd lane on the left..dont even bother trying to use that one unless you have a 4wd that can drive over the kerb. Just park and go in store, the service is pretty good for KFC, not too long a wait usually.

Poorly designed drive-thru. I won’t be surprised if someone claimed damage insurance for their vehicles. Not even 6 months they’ve opened this double lane drive thru and there’s enough marks and damages to suggest that whoever designed it didn’t knew what they’re doing.

waited for almost 20mins (drive thru) got our order..it's so disappointing...6pcs original recipe and I got 6pcs small chicken wings..the potato and gravy taste like they just put it in the microwave..and middle part is still cold.

Bought their so called Jalepeno cole slaw which said “ packed with corn chips “ . No corn chips at all - it tasted terrible …. We all know it’s inflation but for gods sake please do not cut corners and throw half baked food at your customers ! Wake up …..

Had a wonderful lunch at this place. The food served was hot enough for a cold weather. I was served by a nice lady named Grace who was quite polite. We asked for hot rods and she apologised that it got discontinued. Not much crowded and very clean. Will visit this place soon and highly recommended.

Absolutely terrible - we ordered through Menulog and the food never turned up ($56 and no refund!!!), completely ruined our Friday night, kids crying etc. AVOID USING MENULOG AND KFC WITH A TENFOOT BARGEPOLE

You know when you see something, you go wow? Well in this case OMFG would be more apt. What kind of idjit said sure let's make 2 lanes in the drive through with tight 90° turns and to stop people hitting the building, put in a protective pole, only to have it hit because of the right turns?
