Good layout, plenty of parking and we'll designed play area, poor customer service, filfty dining room and disgusting toilets. The team need to focus more on cleanliness and given the state of the dining room and toilets it may translate to food safety standards, maybe stay away from this store

Worst McDonald's in Canberra. All staff are kids and so is management. No pride in there work what so ever. Very rude. Food is always the wrong order as they always manage to forget something from your order. And food is always cold as it tastes like it has been sitting under the heat lamps for hour
I love how the service is fast but they need to up their cleanliness game. A couple of times I found dirty and stained tables. But in general they are up to the task just a few mistakes here nad there. #humansaretoerror

Awful experience with who I believe was the manager. The messed up our order and I understand these things happen so we returned then they messed it up again.
