Review Sunshine Cafe - Gympie

Very disappointed. Today, A crew of 6 people made out of juniors and a few adults. Shop wasn’t busy at all due to the storm. NONE of them bothered helping me and and some young one avoided eye contact instead of coming toward me requesting help… but rather stay in group and just talking while getting paid….staff were so disinterested and rather talk about home stuff. Lucky I’m not your manager but you need to take action. Same complaint has been made about 4 years ago so I know what I’m on about.

The staff are always ready to assist with choosing the right product for the job. Also friendly and also assist in loading your big or heavy stuff.

We attended store looking for new chain saw and whipper snipper we were served by Harry . Harry could not of been more helpful if he tried he was absolutely wonderful . Harry continued to help us in many areas , giving us the best for money etc . I would highly recommend him if you are looking for amazing friendly service this is your man . I will definitely be using Mitre 10 sunshine for this reason . No more Bunnings for us !! Shirley Mitchell

Today I attended Mitre 10 Gympie and once again I was disgusted with the lack of service. I was looking at Kings camping products along with several other people and the staff where standing in a huddle looking away when a customer wanted some sort of direction or service. It must be some sort of secret society cause they will not help or come near you. I will drive elsewhere to buy the products my opinion from the top to the bottom should be replaced NOW.

Good variety of products, however I think that this is one of the most expensive Mitre 10 I have ever been to. Staff have nice smiles

Great shopping experience here. Friendly staff ,very helpful. Not crowded, easy carpark. And they have Kings camping products.

Very clean tidy and well stocked easy to find things and very helpful staff an injoyable experience 😀

Love every moment of it they have the best Christmas winter wonderland land, it literally made my heart fall in love all over again
