We had sausage platter which was big enough to share between 2 people. It had 4 sausages with mashed potatoes and pickled vegetables. Would definitely recommend if you would like to try out all of their sausages. Had a German strudel for dessert and it was absolutely amazing! The sweetness was just
We are visiting Adelaide from Cairns and had Dinner at the German Spoon. The Service, the food and the ambiance was excellent! I would definitely recommend “The German Spoon” for a taste of traditional German food in Hahndorf.
Would give it a 3.5 The location is worth a 4, the glazed pork neck was fantastic and worth 5, the rest including the sausages unfortunately did not excite the taste buds much and would rate it at 3. Unfortunately have to say I don't feel it's worth a return trip.
Used a scoopon. Platter was enough for 3. Ordered too much as usual. Schnitzel was one of the most tender I've had with delicious panko crumb. Tasty 5 meat pizza. All up possibly too much meat with all the sausages etc but that's our fault. The salad broke it up a bit and was also nice.
Very friendly staffs, ordered 5 dishs that had sausages, chicken schnitzel,mash potatoes, salads, chips and fish. All dish was spectacular, good atmosphere to dine.

Had on ok Mother's Day lunch here today. The seafood platter looked like someone had thrown the ingredients on the plate.
