A absolute gem of a spot. When you find a Cafe with the variety, quality of food & service and overall atmosphere of the Cafe Hallam, you'd happily travel great lengths. Surely nothing beats being able to start - and perhaps finish - your day with a meal at the Hallam Cafe, a local masterpiece. The train ride has never felt so short! A wholehearted recommendation from me; get there!

Tried their roast beef today for the first time ever and deffs won't be my last really close by to home I love it !
Got to this place for lunch, it's actually inside the zone but you'd find a lot of people from outside as well. Spacious spot and nice spot to spend sometime during lunch.
Brilliant service plus they've got a wide range of items, the kind lady there asked me for what I needed, told her I needed something heavy and she got me some scallops and beef stew. The beef was very soft and scallops went perfectly with it. Good gravy and it was one hearty meal!
Will definitely come back here!

A large selection of hot dishes and cold options. There specialty is the hot roast beef roll which if full of flavours and tender. So many choices from salads to schnitzels to sandwiches - they have choices to satisfy the fussiest of eaters. Plenty of seating if you want to eat in or the obvious take away.

Nice quaint place to have lunch, Roast Beef Rolls are large, filling and scrumptious. There is also a large variety of other food, both for eat in or take away. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The service is prompt and polite. I'm happy to take my friends and family here without worrying if they can please everyone because so far they have. Well done.
Hands down, their roast beef and gravy roll was the single best one I have ever had in my life. I walked in on a whim, looking for something warm. I feel like a meth addict who just relapsed with Walter White's blue meth. I now have an addiction to this roll. The roll was so warm and soft. The beef was so tender, marinated in its savoury gravy goodness. I am sad only because I'm too busy to go back and buy more today.

Drove past this place & returned the next day... Pure yummy-ness!!! The Roast Beef rolls are fantastic... tender, juicy meat. Great, friendly service also - will definitely be back!
