We always buy the New Zealand Hake Fish in batter with chips and it’s always cooked to perfection. The Hake is a beautiful tasting fish to us. The people who work in the shop are always very pleasant and they always add extra peace’s of fish to our order for no extra charge. Good kind business.

UNCOOKED FISH! I order here over the phone, was told my order would be ready in 10 minutes, then didn't start cooking my order till about 5 minutes AFTER I got there and paid for my order, then they rush the order because they kept you waiting for so long and serve you RAW FISH, I will never go back

Food is ok, however the staff here are horrifically underpaid, with no “extras” given to them such as super and weekend/P.H rates… the bare minimum really. It’s not worth supporting such a disgusting business. Would rate 0 stars if possible but I want people to know how this chain operates.
