I frequently visit this place for Tikka. Food is good. Curries and pulao could have been better.
Possible real rating 3.5/5
Great place for solo eating in little India! If you can get either a seat or table. Small interior and looks like a take away joint.
Got the single platter. Tasted good and great value for money. I rather prefer Middle Eastern skewered meats as opposed to Indian or Pakistani style. Maybe more spicers perhaps? But the naan is the best thing about this joint! Cooked made to order in a real tandoor oven! Love it!
I would go back actually. Hopefully the curries (an biryani) will taste better. I must love curry!
one of the best Lahori flavoured food found in sydney. our most favourite are the chicken seekh kababs, chicken katakat, chicken tikka, chicken pulao and naan. Best fresh and tasty naan bread.
Food is always fresh and maintains the standards...
Always recommend it.
If only they could manage to have some more decent sitting area, or more space to cater large crowds. Otherwise food and service is always spot on
Not much of an ambiance perse. Limited seating. You mostly would get seated rather quickly even on weekends.
The naans are big. The garlic naan wasnt what you would really expect, like there werent real pieces or minced garlic. So a little dissapointed with that.
The karahi goat curry was nice. More of a thick gravy, rather than the right gravy consistency. The meat pieces were good.
The small platter was good. The lamb sheek kabab was ridiculous dry. Nor did it win any points on flavour. The chicken tikka on the other hand was really good.
Good Pakistani style kebabs. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended for take out. The place isn’t designed for a dine-in experience though.
Would rate 4.5 just for the chicken tikka and naan combo they have to serve!
Anything that is coming off their barbecue is awesome. Flavor is just right and cooked well in charcoal.
Just ask the cook behind the reception/ order table to cook it well, else they may leave it slightly uncooked if they are busy!
The salads served are good and goes really well with the food.
Been there heaps of times and would go again for sure.
One of the better places within Harris park for good food.
And yes, I agree with some reviews - its not a restaurant.. not a fine dining place.. just a good joint with some decent food options!
CHEERS!!
This is not fine dining , not even a decent restaurant rather think of it as a small dhaba that has an expertise in kebabs.
Do not go here if you are expecting customer service or ambience.
But if you want charcoal grilled kebabs that have taste, flavour and aroma, this is the place in Sydney. This is by far I have been the closest to excellent Kebabs since Amritsar.
I am rating it 4.5 out of 5 just because of the awesome taste and corresponding prices. They are not charging restaurant prices, and hence it isn't one.
Food is AWESOME !

First time hands on Pakistani cuisine! It was most likely indian style and influenced more by middle east! Finally tasted the neighbor delicacy in Aussie land.
Chicken Pilau(Pulao) - it is not a Biriyani!! Chicken cooked with rice and little spices but it was good on taste buds
Chicken Tangri - it was the same Tangri Kebab which was less spicy!
In Short : North Indian cuisine, tandoor fired meats bursting with flavour, delicious breads, open late.
What I love about Sydney is the spread of ethnic communities around the basin. In Harris Park there are a cluster of Indian restaurants which have transformed the once sleepy cousin to Parramatta into a vibrant hub of activity of a weekend. It’s amazing to see the Indian community in their colourful saris and shalwar kameez walking the streets in search of a restaurant to while away their afternoon. One of those places that gets a fair bit of traffic is Tikka Corner. It’s basically a hole in the wall outfit with a few tables for diners. While unassuming outwardly, it’s what comes out of the tandoor that really counts.

This is one of the hidden jewels of Sydney. You get tikka and indian style kebabs almost everywhere but there all smothered with excess colour spices etc. Tikka corner is nit like that. One of the best tikkas and kebabs you will ever have. A very small eatery, but makes the best and juiciest chicken tikka, tangri kebab and chicken seekh kebab. Im a regular and would highly recommend. The chicken seekh is so juicy. They do serve haleem and thats great too.what makes this place amazing is that its lightly spiced and grilled to perfection. No burning no colour. Golden baked or grilled chicken tikkas and tangris and fresh baked tandoori roti. The karahi chicken is awesome as well. Do try this joint.
Had a mixed kebab plate cooked over charcoal (heat beads). Chicken tikka was good, not overly spicy and tasty. Seekh kebab was not the best I have ever hd but was still good. Lamb kebab was a bit dry but i have found that that i usually the case at many places.
WE had all been to Faheem's previously and thought the chicken tikka was on par with their offering. The place is very small but the food is tasty and cheap, will be back.
