For a fast food chain, it’s surprising that you don’t get your food fast here. Once you order, you have to wait about ten minutes for your number to get called, even if the store isn’t that busy - seems to be understaffed. If you can go to the McDonald’s on High Street instead, I recommend doing it.

The staff were working extremely hard but seemed a bit overworked and had forgotten our order, and all it took was a friendly reminder before they got straight onto it. They're very diligent workers, but i do hope they're getting enough rest.

Standard like any other Maccas and usually the coffee I get here is decent. However, one time when I got a cheeseburger and fries, they came out really tasteless and dry. It was 1am so I probably shouldn't set my expectations too high haha Nevertheless, a convenient location to grab a quick bite!

Very small store to wait in. Toilets upstairs dirty, no toilet paper at all. Accessibility: ramp to ground floor service area. Could not see a lift to bathrooms.

The customers services and the food quality is absolutely terrible. I ordered a big Mac meal with a cheeseburger, the fries was too dry and hard to bite. The Mocha was so bitter and sour. Also, i asked for the water and the woman gave me a coke. The whole experience really ruined my day.

This place used to be great, especially late night. Now when I go in late the place is filthy, it's severely understaffed and I just walked out cuz it took too long to even take my order. I would not recommend. Going home hungry.....
