We made an online order for a 12:30pm pick up. Order wasn't ready when we arrived and staff were just chatting away taking their time to make it. Schnitzel Wraps were good but chips were cold.

The ladies were were rostered on did more laughing around and probably about the customers then making orders, very unprofessional. I had to wait 30 mins for my food which is a bit of a joke in my opinion. If your going to order from here preorder is my recommendation.

I personally love Schnitz. I find it a little bit healthier yet tasty in comparison to those deep fried patties. Ordering over the phone or app is always a quick way to avoid long waits. Overall great food, good service. They should do more promotions.
