Beautiful welcoming place. Great atmosphere. The food without a doubt some of the best I have eaten and well priced. Servings also great size. So very fresh and well presented.
We all enjoyed our meals. The lemon mushrooms just perfect while the crab linguine was top city restaurant quality.

We came here for lunch. The service was quick and they also have friendly staff. There's a nice quiet garden at the back to sit and eat lunch. Spent $22.50 for lunch which was really good price for delicious meals.
It is a very pleasant and welcoming cafe. The spicy tofu dish and crab linguini are fabulous. However the calamari dish was a little let down. Having said that, one should always visit this lovely place :)

This cafe is amazing, every time I come to eat breakfast here I order the bruschetta and never fails me. Cherry tree is maybe the best breakfast place that I've ever had. Would definitely come back.
Food was amazing! Pumpkin and poached eggs was delicious and a little bit sweet. Loved the haloumi too! Fantastic and quaint cafe with reasonable prices - highly recommend!
We were treated to a late lunch here on our way through Healesville. The staff made a delicious gluten free toastie with thick bread that tasted really good and tasted almost ‘normal!’ The other food was good and had a nice flavour. We all ended up sharing the chips - they were really crunchy and had a nice seasoning. The self serve water jars with clean glasses beside it were appreciated too. The staff were friendly and our friends loved the chicken out back. A nice place to stop. I’m sure we will return - especially for the GF toastie!!
I chatted to the staff about my needs of a dairy free, gluten free, soy free meal and they went through all their ingredients and made me up a special dish.
Very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Very impressed.
This nice little cafe is just the perfect place for you warming up before heading on to Marysville or Lake Mountain. We headed in for a capuccino and a chilli n spice hot chocolate (for my not so sweet tooth). Hot chocolate was nice, getting the hint of spices and chilli, just the perfect amount. Thank you barista, for not putting in those marshmallows!!
The interior and set out is really nice and cosy here. The service was of a high standard with the waitress being really helpful and friendly.
Now for the food. I had the waghu burger that was juicy on a brioche bun. Overall it was really good and the onion jam really topped it off. My wife ordered the smashed avocado and raved about how good it was.
Loved our brunch here at Cherry Tree! Coffees are on point and food is delicious and comes out quickly. Serving sizes are generous and staff are friendly and welcoming. 👍 love the quirky decorations like the mismatched salt and pepper shakers and the coffee machine is amazing
Seriously really good coffee - this is top quality, comparable to an awesome coffee from East Brunswick (Padre Coffee) or Brunswick ( Long & Short). The barista has served his time in the city and knows his craft. Local Yarra Valley coffee roasters 'Chum Creek Coffee Company' supply the beans. Its a wonderful experience when you have stepped out of Melbourne for a few days. We had just eaten so didn't try the food. ( not our usual 'style' of cafe to step into - so don't judge a book by its cover - the coffee came highly recommended when we canvassed a few locals that looked in the know - they were on the money).
Four adults, one child. Ordered late breakfasts for five adults, one child. Everything was outstanding, even by Melbourne standards. My wife had the salmon roti which was fantastic! Highly recommended!
Best risotto and pasta we've had in a long time. Good service by friendly staff and nice decor and quiet atmosphere. Contrary to what's on this website the place is now open for dinner. 10 points for the fireplace too.
Amazing place. Spot on food and coffee every time! Do yourself a favour and try it out. The cold drip coffee is amazing! Flavours of the did are really good, well seasoned and a delight to have.

The eggs were perfectly cooked and the hash brown was amongst the best I've had in a long time.
Hot chocolate was made with proper chocolate, not powder or syrup, and was spot on.

The food has always been excellent, I personally have tried almost everything on the menu and will deffinaltey make this one of my favourite places to eat out with friends! I also love that they use all local produce!
With an all day breakfast menu it was our stop to try this place out and OMG we weren't disappointed. The food was excellent and the locally produced coffee was the best I've had in a very very very long time. Credit goes to the staff, very friendly and were open for a chat as the talking point was the huge brass Elektra Italian espresso coffee machine which took pride of place in the cafe, and so it should be. Attention to detail and there passion for good food and coffee certainly shone in what was served to us. We will return for sure next time we visit the Healesville area.
I must admit i'm a coffee snob and this is easily the best coffee in Healesville. Coffee is strong and smooth. Very Impressed and will always come back.

Really Deep impression meal. This is my first time dining to enjoy Cold Drip ，all the essence is condensed in Tiny glass bottle then blend with Syrup grab a richer aroma☕️ I am from Melbourne first time to this lovely place, I think the whole town they Served Highly quality food then others.
Delicious food & good value. Serving sizes were quite generous & presentation was very good. Garden dining was very peaceful and staff were all friendly and attentive.
In a cold and blustery day, walking into this quaint cafe was a like walking into cosy inviting room. The decor was partially what made it inviting and the owner's beautiful welcoming attitude was the catalyst. This coupled with the well presented food made the experience a great start to what turned out to be a memorable day in the hills.

Food was delicious, long black coffee ordinary and a bit too bitter(maybe its their machine).
Came here for lunch, ordered 2 BLTs, a salmon Benedict and a crab linguini. The linguini blew me away! Great flavours and aroma, and the quantity was so BIG, already felt full after eating half of it. However the banana honey smoothie was too watery and the chips was too salty. Customer service was great and friendly. Overall a very good experience
Awesome little cafe with delicious coffee & spicey hot chocolate! Food was lovely (had the soup special of the day which was so good!) but most impressive are the staff. I accidentally left behind my bag & the lovely Petra was so kind to express post it back to me the next day. Customer service is above & beyond! Thank you!
A delightful lunch was enjoyed by myself and two friends this week at this centrally located cafe in Healesville.
The staff are cheerful and friendly, smiled at you if you caught their eye. We enjoyed a joke with our young waitress.
The coffee and tea came hot as was asked.
The food was delicious and we felt comfortable and unrushed as we caught up with each other's lives.
We visited this cafe after checking out of the local art galleries, and this was a good choice. Plenty of food options for those who have dietary needs (and those who don't), a special breakfast menu, and a great selection of beverages including some from the region. We choose to eat out in the al fresco garden, which was delightful - the only issue was my folks having to "go up all those stairs" 😉
All of us enjoyed our meals, and it was well worth the visit!
