This restaurant is a must try. The Thai food there is amazing and always good. Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful.

I order from here often and the food never disappoints! Always fresh and such a big serving, I have had the same dishes at other thai restaurants but they aren't the same as sweet chilli
Dined here last night for a family dinner as a group of 10. I had the fish cakes for entree - tasty with a great hit of chilli. Shared the ginger beef (pad khing) on a sizzling plate with coconut rice & roti. Hubby had thai fried rice with chicken. Everything was tasty. Everyone else enjoyed their meals also. Service was friendly.
Recommended this restaurant to a friend wanting to take her hubby for "good Thai" for their anniversary dinner. The food is really nice here and the restaurant is not cramped and cluttered. Very good value for money and the service is attentive. Better food here than you would find at Thai restaurants in the CBD. Perfect for those celebrating a special occasion or just a good evening out.
What a nice restaurant with authentic Thai food. We tried their entree sampler, green curry and mixed vegies with basil. The staff are also all very friendly and polite. Parking is also easy at the front. Will be back for sure to sample your other dishes!

One of the best Thai restaurants around. I often get takeaway from here and have dined in. The food is brilliant and the house made satay sauce is the best I have had. Good number of vegetarian choices on the menu. Decor is smart and has the appropriate oriental references.
We've had some nice meals here! Both eating in and take away. Food is all round good and staff are happy and friendly. We usually go for typical Thai menu options and have never been disappointed.

Cheap and cheerful. Amazing Larb Gai. Green curry could have done with a bit more heat but all in all it was a nice meal with speedy friendly service.
Used to avoid this place...alot, but seems to have had a change of heart (and ownership) of late and the food is on the up! Had a pretty damn good curry the other night and dishes like pad thai seem to have a bit of flavour too. Keep improving, Sweet Chili, we need some good thai in the area!
Have been here a few times. The food is always nice, as are the staff. We had the chicken pad thai last night and it was great. The only negative is that it is quite loud. However it was a Friday night and every table was full!
Lovely service from all the staff. Pad Thai prawn was the choice as it always is when I try a new Thai restaurant. The sauce was not too sweat and the carrot and cabbage though it was nice. Not too oily but the prawns were nothing special. Happy to go back. Minimum eftpos of $20 when a meal was less was frustrating however.
Online ordering is great! More restaurants should get on this.

Replying to Gardenimprovements question about the restaurant ownership, yes the owner Jade has sold out and a previous employee has taken over ownership. We have had take away once since the change and felt the standard was still ok. Hope this helps.
We have been regular customers for coming on 10 years. The food has always been delicious with very large survings. Service we have always found to be excellent. The setting looks very authentic thai. Our favourite is the thai fried rice and duck in red curry. We would most definitely recommend this restaurant.

Slow service, almost worth the wait. Went to Sweet Chilli for dinner, arrived at about quarter to seven and ordered at about seven pm. Did not receive our meal until 7:40 despite the restaurant having only four other large groups and another couple in it. No apologies were offered or explanations given for the immense wait but the food was superb. Full of flavour and very affordable. Would have been perfect if they could pick up their customer service.

Went here for my husbands BDAY with a group of 14! They were really good. The food was good, cheap and fast! The only thing they need is more spice, not really hot enough for a place with the name chilli in it ! The banquet was ONLY $24 what a bargain and plenty of food in it! It even came with real coffee at the end of the meal which was yummy

Shweeet!. This was really good. We went on a Monday night and frankly ordered way too much food! For entree we ordered the Gai hor bai theoy which is deep fried marinated chicken breast wrapped in pandan leaf served with sweet chilli sauce and it was delicious. It wasn't oily and the sweet chilli sauce wasn't just out of a jar! There was also a serve of Roti with satay sauce which was also good but I was rapt with the chicken as I'd never had that before and the little portions were soft and juicy.
For main we ordered three between three people and this was frankly too much but it was all delicious. We also ordered rice and the portion size was exceedingly generous. Sometimes you can feel stinted on rice but for $2 a head, the rice was definitely great value. We had the Gang Massamun curry with beef and it was good. A bit lighter and with a thinner sauce than I'm used to but still great. The beef was tender and had that pull apart texture flaky texture it should. We also ordered the Pad bai gapoa which is stir friend garlic, chilli and sweet basil with whichever additives you want, we had chicken and vegetables and this was also great. The beans were crisp still as was the capsicum. The third dish was a Pad se ewe stir fried rice stick noodles with dark soya sauce and again chicken as the additive and while I thought it was a little bland, it's meant to be and the person who ordered it said it was great!
We were too full for dessert, which doesn't appear on the menu but they do have which was a shame because some of them looked quite interesting. Drinks were reasonably priced and the Coconut special was reported to exceed expectations. It actually had long curls of coconut sitting in it so just looking at it, I was impressed.
The whole meal was served by efficient staff who weren't over bearing and was fast without being pushy. For a Monday night they were busy and I'll definitely be remembering this place next time I want some Thai. Good meal, good service and really good value.

Nice surprise. Went here for dinner last night & we ordered the Banquet. The food was really tasty, the Thom Kha soup was full of flavour & filled with decent sized prawns / chicken. The mains were also all really good.. the panang was the best ... you just cannot stop eating the curry with rice. Dessert was average, the coconut ice cream was not the best I've had but it was still good. All in all a very nice place to have dinner...
What a gem!. This place was a real find. We accidently stumbled upon it one evening driving home and thought we'd give it a try on our next night out. The curry puffs were the best I've eaten, and I've been to several Aisan countries.
Pad Thai noodles were tasty with the right amount of bite, and the whole rockling with sweet and sour sauce was yummy. Dish of the night was the beef massamun curry - the bowl was practically licked clean. Decent servings, good value and friendly, helpful wait staff. Can't wait to go back!

I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised how wonderful the food was. Delicious in a word. We had the spring rolls, ok but not memorable but mains were delicious. Having been to Thailand many times we both thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Ambience at night is quiet ok, waitresses were pleasant and prompt and the helpings more than generous. All for a very reasonable price. Mains were under $20. Well recommended and for sure we'll be back.

Sweet Chilli always serves great food and has great service. Service was quick and food as always lovely. We eere in for a quick meal and had mixed skewers with peanut sauce really good chicken was very tender with beef tender as well with one of the beef skewers a little chewy but still really good. Red curry prawns with vegetables was great as was the Thai fried rice with vegetables and egg. Serving sizes were just right for two. Prices also very reasonable. Will keep returning.

Their service is quick and friendly. Not a lot of waiting around and the food is certainly worth the price. Orders can be made either by phone or online. Either way it's good.
