Cute little icecream shop located in Heidelberg. Has a beautiful interior with a lovely rainbow feature wall as well as having a giant icecream as a bin! I got 2 flavours - mint & banana cream. The servings were really generous and the pricing was reasonable as well. Definitely had other icecream flavours that I would like to try.
first of all i have to comment on the amazing wall!!! wow it is so colourful i love it, really made it feel like an ice cream shop!
secondly the staff were really helpful when i asked what flavours were gluten free and were very nice! they allowed us to try any flavour and as many flavours we needed until we found the one we liked!
i had the tiramisu which was delicious and i would deffs be back again for more! :)
Totally enjoyed the cheery and colourful ambience at Wally & Fletcher, a relatively recent addition to Burgundy Street. The gelato is made fresh every day, with around 20 flavours on offer, including dairy and vegan options.
Difficult to pick favourites, but special mentions for the vegan dark chocolate sorbet, mango, NY cheesecake and tropical sorbet.
Staff were super friendly and helpful. It is a great spot to sit and indulge in a sweet treat – not just gelato, but also crepes, Nutella donuts and shakes.
Thank you Wally and Fletcher. My husband and I enjoyed sharing the best Passionfruit Frozen Yoghurt ever! In reflection, we thought we should have bought two as we didn't want to share!
YUM YUM YUM!!
Best Nutella ice cream ever!!🍦
Have tried a few from other places but it was always a bit diluted in flavour- but if you’re a Nutella lover like me, then def try theirs!
The pistachio was nice too!
Great ice cream choices...Highly recommend..All the great favourites with great service. My kids enjoyed the great ice cream. Will be back again soon.
Thought to try some Gelato as we seen this place when walking on Burgundy st. Urban interior & staff were very attentive. Try their Pistachio gelato, Rum & raising & another one with Hazelnut in it. Pistachio one was great had that smooth creaminess together with that nutty roasty flavour. Rum & raising though had bit of a flavour of rose essence which not really my cup of tea. Has coffee. Nice relaxing ambiance. Thought colourful wall paper & the cone shaped bit doesn’t really match with the overall modern urban theme however nice place to drop by for a quick sweet fix! Overall service, food, ambiance against price gives an overall rating of 3.3*/5
I was delighted to be one of the first bloggers in to try the gelato at Wally and Fletcher which has timed it’s recent opening perfectly in alignment with the arrival of summer. Being a warm night the place was pumping despite having only opened a few days before and it’s location on busy Burgundy street amongst a plethora of restaurants makes it the perfect post dinner sweet treat. I tried the mango and kinder surprise flavours. Mango was deliciously refreshing and kinder a chocolatey sensation. Very impressed with their offerings and cute brightly coloured store fit out. They’ve also got the option to add Nutella too!
The vegan chocolate gelato is delicious, as is the lemon which are both dairy free. Hopefully they survive the winter as this place is great after dinner on a warm summer night.
The vegan chocolate was a pleasant surprise. Much needed change for Burgundy Street.
It was about half hour before closing on a Saturday. Staff member was super helpful and had good tunes playing. Great ice cream.
Always enjoy the delicious gelato variety at this store😁 I believe that you guys are opening a pop up shop at Mill Park The Stables? Looking forward to the drive🍦
