Fantastic pizza never disappoints. Tried the spaghetti marinara and it was a generous serve packed full of juicy prawns, mussels, calamari and baby octopus. It’s a winner.

Ordered two pastas from Torino for the first time tonight. Kitchen didn’t have any bolognaise sauce, and actually called us and let us know.
Gave us the option for another meal or to cancel.
Lady who called us was overly polite and very apologetic about the issue and offered to make it up to us on the next order.
Order arrived and we were gifted a garlic bread at no extra cost.
My partner and I were happy with the food that arrived hot and well made, the friendliness from the lady over the phone was also much appreciated.
Great team there and we will order again!

Rude staff. We ordered a pizza where they put the cheese under the ham... so all the topping fell off the pizza. I called as we have ordered the same pizza and never had this issue before. I was told he could remake the pizza the exact same way for me. Seriously??

That being said they use real ham, not shredded meat like the rest. Most times it is good pizza.

Pizza order via Uber eats took to long to arrive and pizza was cold wanted to confirm with Torino on pickup time but no one answered the phone at time (3rd of January) spoke to them 4th very lovely lady answered offered to look after me next visit. 🙏 Otherwise excellent pizza. Uber at fault but they refunded. Will give Torino a go again soon.

I usually order home delivery, but the other night I was in the area so I ordered a large pizza to pick up. When I arrived there 10 minutes later, the pizza was ready and they gave me a Family size, as a bonus. Great Pizza, great service. Never been disappointed. 👍

Have used this placed for years they generally DID a good pizza! BUT !!!! recently quality has dropped! don’t bother ordering extra cheese because ur never going to get it !! pizza base was so thin that it couldn’t hold the topping without if falling off. Pizza has a weird smell to it. And the garlic bread ur better of buying the no name 2pkt for $1.99 at Coles. <br/>Very disappointed not ordering from hear again!

Since the last few months I have noticed the quality drop so I asked them if they have changed owners and they had, gave it 3 trys and last night it was terrible first it took 50mins for the pizzas to come as we live in the same area, 2nd they were dry , tasteless and made poorly , we didn't call them to complain cos frankly we could'nt be bothered , so now we have completely cut them off never again !!!!!

Very rude staff. Would not give them a single cent again. Should not be in the hospitality industry. Have never experienced such rude service and inexcusable table service which was non-existent and we were treated like criminals when asking for water.<br/>

Very poor customer service potentially great food. Great to know a buisness cares less about resolving customer/menu log disputes than being someone known for all round quality and service. Having been a SME owner in the past I would suggest they live by the customer is always right. Good luck with future endeavours.

A lovely place to take the family for a no fuss meal. We sometimes visit and grab a few pizzas to share. I've ordered the pasta once and that was pretty good as well.

The customer service by the frontdesk, hostess in the dining room and a server were very poor. Ordered our food for delivery waiting waiting waiting and waiting 1 hour later tried to call but phone was clearly off the hook. The food never showed up!!!! Piss poor customer service . So disappointed !<br/>Google shoud hv Zero rating for display!

Ordered take away and when I got home the meals were opened to find they were completely inedible! They were absolutely disgusting! When we called to complain and ask for a refund, the staff member argued with me and denied any responsibility. Never again. Waste of time and money. I've only rated 1.0 as Zomato doesn't let me rate it zero!

sorry to say you only get the rating of 2 because the pizza was great i ordered a pizza from you like a month month and a half ago and i didnt get my garlic bread initially was told that the people would be back in about 15 minutes little over 2 hours latter i was close to going to bed and then it arrived i also forgot i ordered a drink as i was having some beers that night owell im giving you another shot as the pizza was really nice but if the same thing happens ill tell the delivery people to get off the property i won't pay for it and i'll never order again obviously i won't be taking any of the food

Because of Torinos, I know that anytime I visit a friend outside of Heidelberg and they order pizza from their local, I'm going to be blackly disappointed. Torinos has done unrealistic things to my pizza standards, and I have a feeling that if I move I'll be mourning it for years to come. Delivery is always quick, order is always right, delivery guy is lovely, generous with the toppings and not one soggy base yet. Haven't ever been in to comment on the ambience, but the food is incredible.The Zomato cost estimate for two seems very, very high compared to what we normally pay, and I am not a small eater - not sure what that is about.

Passing this place many times on my way to other dining spots, i finally decided to try it out. The place looks decent enough and clean. I walked in and there was about 5 staff standing around, no one in there dining, it was feeling pretty grim in there. I felt like i was intruding by walking in and ordering. Not very welcoming at all.<br/>The tension in there was pretty thick, so i decided to come back for my pizza. Straight up, im not a fan of strong body odor especially from the people making food, seriously consider deodorant, please, im not trying to be rude or attack the staff, but your in the food biz. The pizza itself wasn't amazing, but ok. The customer service wasnt rude or bad, but just not good or welcoming.

Pizza, pick-up review.<br/><br/>I've ordered pizza here a few times. The staff is friendly, the pizzas are nice and the text confirmation with pick-up time is always spot on. I usually order online (eatnow) which makes it very easy.<br/><br/>My partner and I always get 2 large pizzas and it's always more than enough. The cost is usually around $25.

Good little lunch spot. We get lunch here on a Thursday or Friday when at work, chips are great. This is a classic small pizza shop with great service. Would recommend to try.

Great pizza. We love this restaurant and regularly get delivery. They so polite and the food is so quick.
