Just got out Wet n wild. Worst place ever. 2 hr queue’s, terrible burgers. Came out to reliable Macca’s. No queues, fresh food, amazing value. You’ve restored my faith in Queensland!

Service wasn’t too bad except it did take a while and the staff were all standing round. We ordered via the e-kiosk but when we got to the counter discovered what we’d ordered and paid for was not available. That’s pretty disappointing and frustrating.

Ladies toilets were absolutely gross. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. I felt dirty just going in there. Popular and busy restaurants like this should be maintained a whole lot better. McDonald's we know you can afford a cleaner, not good enough!

I ordered 3 large fries through the drive through. When I received them the fries were saltless, cold, dry and some tasted as though they had gone foul. I don’t know if McDonalds has purposefully changed their chip seasoning recipe or their food safety policy. If the store manager could shed some

Just left this McDonald’s and honestly so unhappy with the drive through service. The lady serving me stopped serving me twice as I was stating my order to take 2 other peoples orders. Not once did she apologise neither. This is not just rude but not good customer service.

horrible service! barely anyone in there (including drive through) and yet took ages. Paid $1 extra for some bacon on a burger and yet didn’t get it… no napkins even though we ordered for takeaway so you could realise the struggle it made travelling back to our home with no napkins. Siganto drive is a mix bag. You never know what you are going to get. Once my large sundae was only half a sundae, I said something about it and she just said it had melted. Once the topping wasn't even half a teaspoon, she said the pump wasn't working. They miss items etc and burgers are badly sl
