This location is usually good, I usually go here on weekdays but decided to get some lunch today on a Sunday. The staff on today are the biggest bunch of idiots, forgetting drinks and drink trays, completely ignoring requests for no pickles and the making the shoddiest looking burgers I’ve ever seen
It'd be nice to actually get a full lot of chips for a change, second time this has happened now...
This is our local hence convenient but have stopped going here. Their fries always has way toooo much salt and that was enough to stop eating here. But they have got orders wrong many times too.
Worst hungry jacks - forgot my food had to drive 15mins back to wait another 15mins for my food to be remade. Only to get home and find they had replaced the wrong burger. Again No apology, no accountability and the manager saw me there and let the little teenagers take the rap instead of coming out
Just want to give some positive feedback for one of the staff members at the Helensvale drive thru in hopes she gets some praise :) I went through the drive thru on 2/06/22 around 9.20pm and was served by a young girl (not sure what her name was) this isn't the first occasion I have been served by h
Usually this hungry jacks is half decent but they let me down with this jacks fried chicken forgot the cheese and bacon and lack of sauce.
Food is usually good here, but i ordered a double tropical whopper online and received a standard whopper. Ripped off over $5 and i customised the tropical whopper for no tomato and there was still tomato on what I received. Wont be ordering online again from here.
