The food was absolutely delicious. The servings were good size for the money. Service was also awesome. One of the best restaurants we’ve been to. Highly recommend.
A great little cafe in a beautiful location. Food was lovely and well presented. Not too far out of the box but good safe selections. We did and a waiter on their first shift which made things a bit slow but overall it’s a really good value for money given the location.
Love this place, beautifully renovated. It's the perfect spot to spend some time when at the beach relaxing and enjoying a drink or coffee and a bite to eat. Excellent service and very professional.
Four of us enjoyed the New Year's Eve degustation at Little Shoo. Venue was lovely, staff were delightful and the food was perfect for us. One of us required a special menu and Little Shoo accomodated his needs without any fuss. Highly recommend.
Nice atmosphere, great views. It was nice to have the chef come over to have a chat to us and see how everything was going. Food was very presentable but I found it to lack the flavors that I expected. Overall a nice experience.
Dropped into Little Shoe for the first time, so glad I did. My wife and I had a great experience our breakfast was faultless, and delicious. Great selection of breakfast lunch and dinner. Probably the best tasting coffee I've ever had, they cater for all the different milk variations. Staff were very friendly and prompt. The place is very clean and very well situated in the heart of Henley Beach with great views. Inside and heated outside seating.
What a Great Place.
The Wife suggested this for Our Wedding Anniversary Experience & far far from disappointed.
The intention was a lunchtime session, thinking we'd move on after the food before going home.
Arrived 1:30 pm, left 5:30 pm so awesome long/comfortable and very enjoyable lunch :)
Also purchased lovely 4 Glass Wine Caddy by Instagram@fallen_gum :D
Due to the weather, season & current global climate, for some reason today we had the undivided attention of one of the two owners (Mike).
Loved his chat & recommendations on helping us with decisions on beverages, was well impressed with the selections.
Did the 'Feed Me' ($50) meal, enjoyed each of the plates & pace of service.
Love the banter, the view, great venue & look forward to having an excuse to come back.
The setting is perfect and the staff were extremely friendly. It’s a quiet restaurant with character.
There’s a range of dishes on offer - it’s tempting to try a few. They have decent beer & wine available.
My only complaint would be the fact we were rushed out because of the 9.30pm closing time. Our waitress actually came over to remind us of that fact. There were still quite a few people in the restaurant and it was clear she wanted to clock out.
Disappointing end to a fantastic sunset dinner for two.
Still worth 4 stars.
Love this place and I've been here for breakfast, lunch and dinner in different occassions. Food so delicious, overlooking the sea, elegant restaurant with beautiful decorations and set-up, and fantastic service. They also have display of Fallen Gum products made by local SA talented Felix Guster.
PS missed to take photos of the food but we ordered and highly recommended, arancini, pork crackling, salt & pepper squid.
Great service, great food, freshness on a plate. The salt & pepper squid is a must to try, different from your usual.
Wine list & drinks are plentiful. Coffee was good.
Outdoor on the deck seating or inside with a great view of the Ocean. Also provides a private dining room.
The complimentary mint chocolate with the bill is always a bonus touch that you don’t see much of elsewhere.
With dishes designed to be shared, this is the place to catch up with friends over a social meal and a glass or two of wine. Fresh and light menu with a couple dozen options to select from. Friendly service and they really nailed the bright, warm decor of the venue
