Nice for a change. Different process to other restaurants. As much as you can eat including seafood. Main issue is they serve the cheapest cuts first so by the time the better food comes out you can't eat any more - so works out quite expensive for sausage and chicken. If you go hold off eating until better food comes out to get your value. Nice atmosphere and great amenities and good service.

What a wonderful experience time and time again. My family and I have dined here too many times to count. Lee and the team are wonderful. I’ve been to other Brazilian buffet BBQ’s, and this is just in a league of its own. The food quality and flavours are 10/10, couldn’t fault a thing. The system for food delivery is also very efficient and well-thought, with a nice flow of courses and ending with delicious pineapple. I would highly recommend El Puerto for the best dining experience you’ll have.

Finally tried this joint ad hoc as we walked out of the boat club. Wasn’t too sure what to expect but from the moment we walked in, the service from all staff was really good. The food was unreal. Lots of flavour and lots of options. Starters and sides such as garlic bread and chips are used as fillers but the salad was refreshing. The different cuts of meat is what you pay for so make sure you are hungry enough to try all of the options. You can eat at your own pace using a red/green system so you can enjoy each moment. Some favourites were the Maple glazed bacon and Squid. Definitely worth a try.

What a great place. The atmosphere was just amazing as too the great servings of tasty food. The sangria perfectly made to help wash down the tender meat cuts. Highly recommend, we will definitely return. Loved it!

Service was good, amount of food was good. This was NOT Brazilian style food! It was RSL quality and tasting (bland) food on a stick. It was served in the Brazilian way (skewers and served at the table) but I expect a $45 meal ($135 two people plus wine) to be as advertised.
Don't like leaving negative reviews, but people should be warned. Too much money to not get what you expect.

Absolutely brilliant! Great ambiance, Endless amounts of great food (especially meats), and legendary staff (especially Connor (with an ''or") and Jayden)) whom we're not only friendly and accommodating, but actually seemed genuine in doing so. When we entered the restaurant we initially felt the price of $48 per head was on the upper side, but after our experience with the staff, the quantity, and quality of the food we felt that it was an absolute bargain,

As every 'All you can eat' style restaurant, they start with filling courses and leave the nicest cuts at last. I loved that I got to taste plenty of different courses, however the taste was very average. I leave 4 stars for the service and the drinks. The cocktails were absolutely well made.

It was one of my most favourite restaurants when I lived in HB. Used to go there at least once a week. I still remember Simon - the manager.
Went back there after 2 years later, none of the old crews are there but they are still same welcoming. However, food quality has gone down substantially, was served cold sausages and cold meat, which I never experienced before. I suggest the team need to make sure this is not being repeated. I wish you keep the old standard and make me feel again going there dining in.

What an amazing concept, small samples of all food, it just kept coming, if you liked smithing you can just request for it to come back to your table. The staff were fantastic and informative we were 100% satisfied with the service, food and experience. Highly recommend this place.

Lovely atmosphere. The staff go way beyond making guests comfortable and happy. Amazing food. Very fresh and cooked to perfection. They Cater for meat eaters and Vegetarians and will do all they can to cater for your needs. Love the variety . Drinks are reasonably priced. You will not walk away hungry. Worth every cent xxxx
Highly-rated and will return again. I seen a 2 star rating below and am rather shocked with the comment that staff were over enthusiastic and appeared fake. I have come across a couple of their energised happy staff in past employments and just passing by at shops and I can honestly say they have never been different. Always happy, genuinely friendly and professional xxxxxx

The service was excellent and at a high standard most restaurants lack, the staff go above and beyond. Atmosphere was comfortable and not too noisy. A major thing I was impressed was by the staff knew exactly what was gluten free and reassured me with each dish that it was gluten free. Having an allergy can be scary when eating out, I can happily say I'll be returning, no reaction and the food was amazing. Highly recommend it, great experience.

We went to El Puerto for the second time (first for our friends) on Thursday. As usual the service was amazing! The staff went above and beyond for us and even though we were waiting a tiny bit (I didn't think we waited long at all), they were very apologetic and kind! I will definitely be returning here as not only are the staff amazing! but the food is absolutely to die for! Keep up the good work guys! :)

Absolutely amazing! What a fantastic environment with highly enthusiastic and engaging staff. The food was tasty and succulent with a vast array of meats. The atmosphere was enhanced by a Latin dancer and free tasters of Brazilian cocktails. Would definitely return to this restaurant and recommend highly to anyone! 10/10!

We were very happy with the service and most of the food👍🏼. All of the meat cuts were tender and delicious. The calamari was chewy. The room had a nice vibe. Would like to have heard some traditional Brazilian music and maybe something Brazilian on the walls like a painting or the National flag 🇧🇷 instead of a Spanish bull and a Mexican cactus 🌵.
