Don't waste your time or money!! And spare your taste buds.
There's a reason this place is dead quiet whilst the numerous competitors on the same street are bustling. I'm surprised they have managed to stay open in these current times.
Starting from their rude staff and obnoxious signage about alternative milks that we didn't see until too late, they don't have soy or almond milk only macadamia. Owners don't seem to want to change with the moving times, outdated attitude and decor. (Although soy milk has been available in most cafes for 15+ years, they seem to think it's a "trendy" thing according to their sign).
The coffee was absolutely terrible, worst one I have had in my life to be honest. It was burnt and bitter tasting even with caramel flavouring, with a watery consistency not creamy at all.
So disappointed.
We only went here because it was convenient and quick but would have rathered a servo coffee.

Decided to go here for a coffee one morning while staying in Hervey Bay in May. Underwhelmed is being nice. Asked for a flat white on Soy. Well, apparently soy milk is some fancy new milk that they don't serve and the owner pointed to a sign at floor level that stated this. We got the feeling that only locals were tolerated and treated nicely. Anyway, got myself a standard FW and my mate got a triple shot FW and threw it out after 2 sips. Both were weak, tasteless and Luke warm. Poor service, poor attitude, poor coffee making skills. Wont be back.

Unfortunately I can't give less stars.
Riddle me as to how 2 ice lattes and a baby chino cost us $19.50.
If ice lattes are 7 bucks a pop, that makes a babychino 5.50 and that's a disgrace. That's more than a flipping medium coffee.
Coming from Melbourne were kinda used to price gouging but that was beyond a joke.
Also the coffee is not good. Not anywhere near the standard of other cafes along the espy. It's not worth your time or tastebuds.

Paid $9.50 for a decaf iced latte with vanilla syrup. The coffee itself was okay, but unremarkable. Had one of those customer service interactions where I felt like more of an imposition to the person serving me rather than a customer.

Due to my daughters dietary needs we ordered a lactose free milkshake and got lots of attitude because they didn’t had enough milk left. If the owner would have explained that his supplies were limited to begin with I would have understood. Very Rude!!

Im in two minds for this review. The staff friendly but oblivious to whats going on right in front of them. The friendliness saw me standing awkwardly between the proprietor and one of his locals as they chattered, chattered and chattered some more. My coffee is ordered with a syrup but the bitterness of the beans FX use saw me reel in disgust from the blend. I won't spend money here again.

Okay three quarters of the time. Then they serve coffee that is undrinkable. I think it depends on what barista you have the good fortune to have serve you! I would avoid the place unless nowhere else is open.

Possibly the best coffee we enjoyed while in Australia. Small but cozy place. The owner was really friendly and more than willing to answer all our questions. Probably learned more about the proper way to make coffee than at any previous point in time. Great baked goods as well.
