Review Burger Urge - Hervey Bay

Been a few times and the quality is consistent. Their promo burgers are usually really good, kind of wish they stuck around. But the menu has good variety and there is always something for my tastes. Cooked well, ingredients are good. Make sure to get some sides, as they don't come as meals. Ends up costing a little bit more, but as a treat it is worth it.

I have eaten here and more recently, collected many orders for food delivery like Uber Eats, and Menulog. This is one of the most consistently high quality dine in and take-away places I have ever seen. I have food qualifications myself so I do pay attention. Their kitchen is immaculate, as is their staff. Their food productions are consistently great and worth the few dollars more than you pay for cheap burgers. There really is no comparing this store to anything else especially in this region. I highly recommend trying their food. If you order via a food service, they wont prepare the meal until the driver arrives. If you happen to get something delivered cold, its the drivers fault not the restaurants. IT is useful to have different perspectives of restaurants. Please keep that in mind and report any issues to the food service and the restaurant both. Dining in is also a pleasant experience comparable to the cafe experience I have had in many places around the world. I really cannot fault this restaurant at all.

Awesome! El Diablo every time, can't go wrong. Partner loves the Souther Fried Chicken Burger. And the Dirty Fries are bloody awesome. Great service, friendly staff. Fantastic. Will definitely be back.

Incredible burgers, enjoy the side of chips and ketchup.. the season salt is damn nice. Always cooked fresh, never overcooked or undercooked. Staff always smile, very friendly. Open late afternoons so very convenient for a feed. Prices are reasonable, worth the quality of food.

Absolutely disgusting!! Burger Urge Hervey Bay should be ashamed!!! the quality of food and customer care is by far the most disgraceful I have ever encountered with any fast food restaurant! I have always enjoyed burger urge through different branches. however the manager and front service at Hervey Bay burger urge should be absolutely ashamed of themselves

Excellent burgers, excellent service, even though we arrived 20 minutes before closing in the middle of the week the store was still busy and very accommodating, the store was clean, the service was fast and polite, could not fault anything, we will definitely be back, much better than I expected, was apprehensive at first after reading some of the reviews but very happy with the decision, will definitely become a regular form here on. Thank you.

I love you guys but you broke my heart today! You stopped selling the one burger I loved so much. Please bring back the snitzel love buerger!!!!!!! Please I will buy one each week if you do!!
