Myself along with my family, got food poisoning from the chicken subs.
Along with a week before our friends. Got the same from it. From different meat.
Big history of it at this store and nothing done about it. Rude staff, who burnt my sub 3 times and just laughed while I waited another 15 minutes for them to slowly make my order again. And to then get food poisoning less than an hour later. Sick for 3 days.
This is the second time in the year it has happened. Unhygienic, I’m just lucky on this particular day I didn’t have my children with me as my youngest- 15 months, usually has subway with us. Should be ashamed. It’s putrid that a healthy food chain, is being so carefree with there meat products- eat fresh? Bullish*t. If I was allowed to upload the aftermath of the poisoning and the medical. I would. 👋
Torquay is better. If any.

Who doesn't like subway? This store is the same as just about all the others. Clean enough,staff willing and able to serve. Could do with more seasonal options though.

If you are going to change your store hours, try posting it online too. I looked up what time you guys opened today, got there at that time all to find a note on the door saying opening at a later time. Yes it's easter but on the website it showed Friday closed and Sundays hours may differ, nothing for Saturday. Lost a customer. Oh and someone pulled up when I did expecting to get food at the same time, they left too. Your loss.

Went in for dinner at 7.45pm (close at 9). Drove from 25minutes out of town To be told "just letting you know we only have 2 foot long oat breads left and we can't toast or grill anything" pretty appalling considering there was still over an hour of trade left. 4 hungry adults all wanting footlongs and drinks easy $60 missed in sales. Whilst we sat in the car contemplating what we should do I observed another 5 people walk in and back out! Very very poor way to run a business! We will not be returning for our weekly dinner.

I've been a regular customer of this store for a couple of years. The subway app allows customers to make a precise selection from the menu and collect instore. Perfect! I've rarely had any of my pre-ordered subs made incorrectly. The plant-based ingredients are super fresh and crunchy. This place is like a beacon of light compared to the surrounding fast food businesses.

Literally not busy and messed up the veg so badly (online order) plus don't the difference between pickles and jalepenos, were nice though lol

Walked in was not greeted at all for 5 minutes when 3 girls were working. Terrible customer service! Gave me the wrong cheese I asked for them to change it, they did thankfully.
I asked for all salads except spinach was given spinach. It was too late to ask for it to be removed. Unsure if they did not hear what I said or just did not care.
Hope some customer service training gets done ASAP!!

online order. walked in rudest service from staff. got home and all 3 orders were totally wrong. un-eatable. live to far to take back. absolutely will never order from there again. Wasted $60.
