Came here for lunch on a busy Sunday. There was plenty of seating and live music playing outside which was great. Service was lovely. Food was delicious. Reasonably priced. Worth a visit. Great for families.

🍕 Food was amazing. Ordered the beef cheek pasta, was surprised with what I got but it was DELISH! No complaints from anyone else at the table either. The garlic bread is to die for as well as the truffle chips. We also tried pizza, burgers, pulled pork nachos at our table, all delivered quickly and presentation was to a high standard.
🍻Bar located next door, bar also inside restaurant but the don’t do shots. Lots of house ciders, steer clear of the mojito’s.
💵 Reasonable. The menu averages at around $25-$30 a meal plus lots of over and under options.
🙋🏻♀️Service was superb. Staff were awesome. Knew all. about gluten allergies and were very accommodating.
🍃 Quite busy, but quite a chilled atmosphere. Night lighting, trendy interior.

🚘 Lots of parking nearby, you’ll need to walk a few minutes to restaurant front door but enjoy the calm lapping of the water near by.

2 adults and 2 kids (who ate free...sort of), on a Monday night. Not the most challenging of orders, but the service was attentive, speedy and accurate, and the venue ambience was very comfortable & clean. The food was 2 fish and chips (1 adult, 1 kids), a salt and pepper squid salad and a Hawaiian pizza (kids). Our kids are big eaters so we also got a garlic bread to share amongst the family, and an extra bowl of chips. A pint and a large LemonLime&Bitters - total bill was $90, very reasonable.
All was very pleasant and food was to expectation. Was the busiest of the venues in Hillary’s tonight, and with good reason - absolutely no issues nor let-downs here, will be back again, and hope to try something more elaborate next time after a good first experience. 3 stars overall, and an extra 1 for helpful but not overbearing service.

I herd so much about Hillary’s so I asked my gf to bring me here as I wanted to see what the fuss was about. We asked the staff member at grilled where would be good for steak and he gave us the name of 3 places. We choose this restaurant.
We walked in asked for a table for 2 adults and a high seat for the little one.they asked where would like to sit.
We went to the table and took our seats. The staff here are very friendly, they got a piece of paper and crayons for the younger one to play with.
They asked if we wanted to order drinks. Se we ordered a milk shake for the little boy! It only came in one big size. It didn’t really matter because he drank it all any way lol!!!
We had a mojito each....
We then ordered a kids fish and chips. To come out first because he take a while to eat and also for it to cool down. This fish and chips was a good size o piece of fish with a bed of fries.
My gf had new your steak 🥩 that was cooked medium. The looked amazing and she said it tasted really nice.
I had the barramundi it was cooked to perfection with crispy skin! The purée was not to over powering it did come with mash but I asked for no mash potato. The Broccolini was cooked to perfection with a little bit of a crisp!!!
They asked if we wanted last drinks because they where closing the bar so we order one more mojito and a cosmopolitan.
I asked what sort of ice cream did they have. The waiter came back and told us so we ordered once serve of vanilla ice cream for the little boy.
The stuff had finished there shift and still didn’t kick us out they where so patient and polite. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Great place for a casual lunch or dinner or catch ups! The staff are all very attentive and respectful. If there is one item of the menu I can recommended, it’s hands down the build your own tacos!! The soft shell crab was just amazing and goes perfectly with the condiments on the platter!
Fantastic Sunday dinner here- we just walked in and got a table straight away. Menu had a great range and all the food arrived very quickly! Large portion sizes and all dishes tasted great. The ice cream was the only disappointment. Lovely rustic atmosphere, will be visiting again.
Friendly, good service, but way loud when crowded. Ordered the most expensive meal on the menu - New York Strip Steak - and requested it rare. It arrived well done and dry. Herbed butter helped, but.... :o( For a properly cooked steak, the steak knife should be a 'nice to have', not a necessity. A bit underwhelmed with that, but otherwise our whole group (20-ish) enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.
This place is great for big groups of people and small groups ! I have come twice , the second time was a huge birthday dinner and surprisingly we didn’t have to wait very long for the food

Perfect family restaurant, crayons, pens and paper provided for children are a nice touch.
Staff are wonderful and attentive, we have some difficult orders due to allergies and picky eaters and they are very accomodating. The customised haloumi burger: remove aioli (due to egg allergy) remove hummus and beetroot (due to preferences) with added double haloumi, cheddar cheese, avocado, caramalized onion and bbq sauce is the best vege burger we have ever had.
Lovely atmosphere, reasonable drink prices with nice options in a location which can't be beat. One of the best family options for a meal and a beer in Hillary's.
Went here friday night for a family birthday, the table service was great so friendly, all the food tasted delicious, had the pizza and chilli mussels to share, great servings just a little overpriced.
We ate here as a group of 5 about one month ago. The service was a little slow but the food was really tasty and big portions. We would return.

We have been here a few times now as a family and also for work functions I highly recommend it the only real downfall is the price for a young family it can get really expensive a lot of cheaper restaurants are opening up around Hillarys and although this is my favourite I think we will end up going to the others.
The venue is large, the kitchen is open so you can see them preparing your food which is really nice and they have fires burning in the winter, an outdoor alfresco area with patio heaters and usually friendly staff my last visit the staff were pretty rude shouting at us and forcing us to pay the bill although it was incorrect but we should have mentioned it sooner? After an awkward argument we left paying the full bill as the waitress refused to accept any responsibility for the charges.
The food is fantastic i highly recommend the pizza and the aranchini balls but everyone else's always looks really nice as well! My children love it and really enjoy going to the ice cream cart to get their desserts at the end. Give this place a go and see what you think.

Could not fault this place. It's been a long time since I've received mash potatoes that were piping hot. Honestly could not fault this place. Service was great and they even have full length body mirror in the toilets 😂🙊 we got the soft shell crab which was a little salty but was perfect with the lime squeezed on top. And the calamari salad had more squid then actual salad. Can not complain ☺️☺️
Good spot for a beer and feed. Plenty of choice on the menu. Always popular in summer with the open cafe curtains and even in winter it's a nice a warm spot for a pot.
Nice location. Had the pork nachos and were pretty nice but chips were average. My friend got the gnocchi and it was so much flavour. I was glad my friend was full because I finished his. Didnt like the fact we had to eat to sit outside and have a beer
Margarita pizza was good, vego nachos were delicious. Cheese arancini was ok but a complete rip-off at $16 for 3 pieces. Ordered a mushroom gravy/sauce to go with chips and that was really yummy. Great service.

We were told the chilli mussels were epic! And I'm pleased to say I wasn't disappointed!! Served in a large pot with a half baguette the mussels were juicy and plump, the New York strip was a perfect medium rare with crunchy fries and a great side salad including olives, sundries tomatoes, feta and dressing -- we'll be back
Pretty simple pub grub, I had the calamari salad and asked for my dressing on the side. The calamari was nicely cooked and tender and the portion size was generous. It was better than I expected. It cost me $34.50 with a schooner of little creatures pale ale.
I came here with the girlfriend. Food was really nice and fresh. Service was ok to. I got the open chicken sandwich. Was really nice except it had a bit to much vinegar in it. My girlfriend got pepper squid salad. The squid was cooked perfect. The atmosphere is nice to but these guys really need to invest in some decent air conditioning because it was boiling in there.
Vegetarian & vegan options. Great staff and service. Everyone enjoyed their food. All food for 8 people arrived at same time. Drink service was also good. Split bill payments were very easy for a large table. Chairs wooden and uncomfortable for all. Quite noisy inside, but good atmosphere. Toilet stalls very small. Online booking was very easy.
If you want a good feed and good value for money, then eat here! Their Tuesday steak specials prove this. Just get there as early as possible as tables get full very quickly.
Cool location and vibe here. Met with a gf for lunch and got the Italiano penne $26. I thought it was tasty but a little on the pricey side for the portion size.

came here with some friends for lunch on a sunday arvo nice and pleasant good service beverages came quick which was good then the food came after that well done by the service and nice pace so no waits at all. Had the maple chicken wings great flavour with that sweet kick nice, didn't really approve a lot for the chorizo melt you dont need to put cheese on it chorizo is traditionally served as it is with no toppings maybe just a splash of lemon, portside burger the bun was spot on soft with the seeds on top beef patty could of been less cooked just so you could see that little bit of pink didn't really have that juicy feel to it could taste just a little dry and burnt a little i also thought that maybe a touch more with sauces in the burger aswell however i will be back again as i enjoyed the hospitality and the feel for the place including the service.
Been here a few times and never been disappointed. Nice setting at the boat harbour and suits a casual lunch or a group dinner at night. Portion sizes are excellent and most can be shared between a couple. Plenty of beer options just to top things off.
Ate here last night, we had a table of 4 adults + 4 kids. The service was really attentive, though not too rushed. All meals came out quickly & were all fine. I'm coeliac & the waitress was only too happy to double check my meal would be OK with cross contamination etc with the kitchen - easy & no problem. The kids were really well looked after with the kids meals & enjoyed going up to the ice cream truck to choose their dessert. The balloon artist was fantastic & the kids really enjoyed watching him make their balloon animals. Highly recommend as a family venue!
I have been to this restaurant twice. The first time I went for lunch and had the halloumi burger which was absolutely delicious. The second time I went for dinner and ordered the gnocchi. It comprised of a very rich tomato sauce and the gnocchi was very heavy, which I struggled to eat. I would definitely go back to eat the halloumi burger!
Always a pleasant experience. Lunch today was slightly subpar. The chips with hubby's burger were coldish and my squid salad was overdressed. The burger itself and the squid were delicious so not a total disaster! Great service as usual.
Great atmosphere ( only downside is acoustics arent great so can get a little noisy ) best balloon artist ive ever seen on Thursday nights for kids. Good entertainment on Sunday arvos! The pizzas are great, as are aioli and chips! Squid salad is fabulous and so too is the open buttermilk chicken sandwich. Overall! Food was great (only once had a bit of a grumpy waitress but that was a once off) always other times had great experience. Will be back!

We ordered barramundi, lamb shanks & margherita pizza with the garlic bread to start. Food was ok, not out of this world. Service was prompt & friendly. It was busy for a cold Tuesday and had a great atmosphere. Look forward to coming back in the summer.
Dined here on a Saturday arvo, ended up trying a large selection of food as I won a $250 voucher. Ended up trying the grilled halloumi burger, two pepper squid salad, chili mussels, beef short ribs, flatbread and dips, cheese arancini balls, stuffed breaded mushrooms and the parmesan fries. Meal sizes were spot on, with a good amount of sides. Meals had good flavor, however needed a little bit of extra punch to push it over the line. The chili muscles had fresh cut chilies, however the sauce was lacking in spice. There was excessive amounts of fat on the short cut ribs, leaving little meat available. The parmesan fries was great, along with the flatbread. Prices were as expected for the meals provided. Atmosphere was relaxed, with great decor and prompt service from wait staff.
We dined at 3 sheets this evening with friends and loved the place. The menu was great, and it was hard to choose between so many yummy sounding options. We had the pulled beef nachos, med veg pizza and the Caesar salad, followed by a frangelico coffee and an affagato. All were delicious! The service was friendly and fast and the venue was warm and cosy. I was surprised at how quick the service was considering how busy it was. I guess it's a sign of a well run restaurant. I really couldn't fault the place.

Over the weekend I caught up with my lovely friend and we decided to go to 3 Sheets in Hillarys. The restaurant was actually really busy and we were asked to move to make room for a big group of people who arrived. We didn’t mind as we had only been there for about 5 minutes or so but the owner gave us some complimentary olives as a result. Nice gesture. The menu has a lot of bistro style food and it was difficult to make a decision – every time I decided on something, a waiter walked by carrying something delicious and I would change my mind again. My friend decided on the haloumi burger which came out relatively quickly and looked quite nice. She seemed to enjoy it. I eventually decided on the truffle kafuffle pizza which sounded amazing with mushrooms, truffle duxelle, mozzarella and rocket. My pizza was so tasty! I was actually quite surprised how full of flavour it was with such simple ingredients. The truffle duxelle was really addictive and moreish and I ended up demolishing half the pizza and bringing the rest home (I was super excited to eat leftovers the next day). Pricewise, the pizza was $24 which is comparable to other Italian restaurants and pizza places. Overall it was a lovely experience – cool, chilled atmosphere and great food. My only criticism is that my pizza actually took a lot longer to come out and my friend had basically finished her meal before it arrived.
Turned up unannounced with a party of six on Friday night and although the restaurant was busy the very helpful male maitre de managed to find us a table. We were a little nervous at first at being seated next to the live music but were pleasantly surprised at how unobtrusive the music was. The two musicians were very good and the live music definitely provided a pleasant atmosphere. Our young waitress was pleasant and polite and had our drinks and food orders in quickly. We didn't have to wait too long for our meals which we're presented well and tasted as good as they looked. Slightly up-market pub grub at reasonable prices. We had a great night and ended up staying longer than we intended. Definitely be going back for more.
Menu has a lot to offer in terms of bistro style food, great service and even better view. Can't complain with the value this place provides!!
Can't complain. Straight forward menu, - huge serves - great pizza, mussels, big steaks and heaps or frites. The beer is the key and the almost bar feel...while being in a cafe. Service is fast, staff are ok....give it a go.
I tell you what, this place is totally incredible. We simply decided to walk in here, not expecting to dine here, we got a table on a busy Saturday night! The service here is amazing, its prompt, quick and very friendly. We got a bar table which was right next to the kitchen, watching the staff, they are so well organised, i was super impressed! The food is on point to tasting and waiting time considering they were super busy.
There was 8 of us for dinner made a booking for 6.15pm. Service was good apart from the waitress making a noise with pushing the chairs in we thought she could of done it a bit more quieter. We all ordered something different. Chilli Mussels,Pasta,Parmigiana,Steak Sandwich all food was good and tasty. No complaints. Waitress that took our order was lovely and very helpful. She asked us how our meals where which was good. Will come back again soon.
I haven’t been to Hillarys for quite a while so was quite happy to stay fro lunch after we’d been to watch an event up there on Sunday morning.
We decided to try 3 Sheets as it looked nice, quite busy and id read some good reviews previously.
I’m glad we did as we had a lovely lunch,
I had the pan fried barramundi with was deliciously soft on the inside with gorgeous crispy skin. It came with sweet potato fries which normally I’m a bit hesitant to order as they can be soggy but they were lovely and crunchy, it also came with a nice fresh salad and lemon aioli. Hubby had the deep fried Barramundi which came with chips, salad and a green chilli mayo, his was also really good, both were pretty large portions but we managed to finish them off!
The staff were nice, the ambience was great, very busy place, live music was good too! The prices were reasonable and they have a good selection of food and drinks
I would recommend this place, it’s pretty loud but I like that!
Went to 3 Sheets for lunch with a couple of girlfriends... we ordered the vege share plate and the soft shell crab share plate... both were absolutely delish!! Will definitely return for both of these dishes!
Love hearing live music too, The Healy's never fail to play some good tunes. However think a door between the two sections might be good or just have one band play and have some speakers to the other part. (two separate musos were playing one in each section).
The sun has really dialled up the temperature of late so venturing out is something of a challenge, but it what summer in Perth is all about, so best to just embrace it. And that we did recently when we decided to venture out to Hillarys for a bite of lunch on a particularly warm Sunday. It actually turned out to be the hottest week in Perth in many, many years and I’ll admit that 40 degree heat is something I’m out of practise with, but thankfully when we arrived at our destination they had the windows open to capture any skerrick of breeze and also several large fans to keep the masses cooled. We had arrived at 3Sheets Portside.
An early dinner on a Friday night, we did not have a reservation but were promptly seated inside at one of the tall bar tables. Menus given and advised to order at the bar. Ordered the halloumi burger (thought it was a nice change from the normal beef) and the Ham & Cheese Croquettes. I was pleasantly surprised with the burger as it was cooked well (sometimes if you over cook it, it tastes like a rubber thong :) and chips were nicely seasoned. The croquettes were okay, bit bland and ''mushy''. I think the strong taste of the jamon ham overpowered the croquette. However, there was a nice vibe to the place with a mix of families, couples and friends. Next time would like to try its sister place next door :)

We were greeted by our very smiley and happy waitress Cat and she seated us at a lovely table with a great view. Service throughout the evening was great and could not ask for more from Cat
Our drinks and food came out quickly and looked great when presented at our table.
Both meals (Beef Ribs and Spicy Fish) were very tasty and could not fault the anything on the plates.
Will be back and can highly recommend this place.
We often visit 3Sheets for a girls night and catchups with friends and family. We are never disappointed by the atmosphere and service as this is why we keep coming back. Friendly, efficient and attentive service, one young lady in particular Cat. She is always bubbly and very personable and served us a few times now.
Food is always good and reasonable and the Custard apple cider a favourite of us ladies. The one and only negative feedback Is the good old squid salad has changed from a grilled squid with loads of coriander and the yummiest salad and dressing (quite often 5 or 6 of us would have had this every time) and last time it was different but not as nice....
Otherwise of course we will keep coming back for special occasions to this great place 🙏

This place has a nice view, friendly staff, good service and good food at a price that reflects all the above .

Ok so it was just a spare of the moment thing! We walked in on a Wednesday night got a table for two my fiancé and I shared a brisket burger!!! It was the most amazing thing I had ever eaten!!! It just all went together and melted on your mouth! And also the service was great and quick! And it was really busy! I was very impressed we will defiantly be going to 3 sheets more often.
Went here for our wedding anniversary and our sister in law had recommended the calamari which she'd had a few months ago... We were extremely disappointed with it as it tasted more burnt than peppery. Also, should be called squid rings as this is all it was.... Fortunately, that dish was the only disappointment we had. The beef ribs I had were great - probably 4 out 5 for them and the waitstaff were brilliant - when they asked how our meals were, and we told them about our disappointment over the calamari, the manager came over soon after wards and was very accommodating asking if there was something else they could bring as a replacement and even comped it off our bill. 4.5 out of 5 for service and friendliness - nice to receive some good old fashion customer service for a change!
Recently came back after some diabolical experiences, the menu is really good fits the place perfectly had the 3 sheets board pate was tasty, dip great and the Jamon Serrano not quite as good as Spain but you can tell it's the real deal, what ever that soft cheese was amazing! Then I had the burger loved the bacon aioli in there nice touch. The girls shared a lot of dishes loved them all. Service was top notch as well. One thing that loses half a point was the house beer if you're going to brew your own at least do it well horrible stay away for the ale! How ever when I complained they replaced it and the manager informed me they were changing to a lager I look forward to trying that next time I'm there !!! Well done great venue!!
The ribs were recommended by a family leaving the table and I can see why. I didn't need the knife to pull it all apart, the mango and coconut tiramisu was nice but I feel it was more a fruity meringue dessert? It was still delicious.
Definitely a nice place to sit and relax especially with their fruit ciders (watermelon cider is surprisingly good)
Our family visit to 3 Sheets exceeded our expectations! The service, food and ambience was perfect. Prices are good too. Despite booking a table at peak time, our food was served very quickly and pipping hot. I thoroughly enjoyed the pork belly bites and the buffalo wings. I highly recommend this restaurant for families and it's perfect for birthday celebrations too. We are coming back for more soon...
Very pleasent place with acustic music and nice food. The ordering option via QR code on the table is awesome, making life much easier. Moreover, food and drinks are served quickly. Highly recommend.

pleased we did had entree, main desserts, wine and coffee. The food was fantastic the service was great but would have to give a shout out to a young lady called Chloe. She was so helpful nothing was too much for her. She was so pleasant and efficient she looked as though she was enjoying her job. Took our orders, delivered the food and removed all the used plates and glasses as though she had been doing it for years. Highly recommend this place for a get together with friends and family. Loved the woodfired pizzas here. We had the greek lamb and Hawaiian and both were perfectly cooked. The crispy chips were awesome too. Great service, with food coming out quickly and lovely attentive staff.
Pretty good. Tasty barramundi with truffle mash and broccoli. The burger was nice too, very flavoursome. Staff were friendly and I could see if was a great venue for young families too.
Great dinner. Kids loved the kids burgers, pizza and chips. Classic burger and bacon deluxe burgers always a winner for the grown ups. A few more veggie options would be a benefit though. Great location and great vibe. Quick turnaround on orders and the staff are always friendly. Thanks.
Can never get enough of this place, food of course is amazing and always has been, can honestly say we've never had a bad meal here. Also the staff I can never fault, always so happy and eager to please. Tonight we had the immense pleasure of Tara serving us and she is just a delight, so much fun with a fabulous personality, hopefully we see her again when we go, just made our night :)
