The food is really good but have been getting a bit of inconsistent meals in ter,s of amount and variations. Otherwise lovely staff and fresh food.

Service was fine. I ordered a spicy chicken burrito bowl with brown rice. Rice is chewy, as in under cooked. Very stingy with the nacho chips that come with it. I've definitely had better from GYG. Not eating here ever again. Food took ages to come, it was after 9pm so they weren’t busy. staff were too busy socialising with each other. Our food when it did get served (after various prompts) was cold and inedible. They forgot our corn chips. Nachos were served cold- cheese wasn’t even melted… 4

Very disappointed. The girl taking our order was playing with her hair and should have told us when we ordered that there was a long wait. My Burrito was horrible Cold and soggy only gave a star because the water was nice and cold

Usually go Zambrero but tried Guzman y Gomez Whitfords and was not disappointed. Fresh ingredients and they had Guacamole which was tasty. Loved the Burrito big time. Just need one closer to home now.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. They rarely accept delivery orders and if they do, they always deliver way over the time suggested. They never pick up their phone. Corn chips were not fully cooked and had an odd texture. Kids Nachos lacked topping. Buritto was quite nice.
