Really really excellent service, from a wonder crew. Irrespective of the time of day, they are always friendly, always se be a great coffee and just give such a wonderful customer experience. Fantastic!
Advertised as open. Never answer phones. Send vouchers and deals to people via the ubereats app then don't turn on their app service to allow people to order. Have had countless vouchers expire without being able to use them. If you call and they EVER answer you will be told "the app is playing up,
Don’t bother going here after 3pm as you can pretty much guarantee the staff will be ‘cleaning’ the equipment, whether you’re after a coffee or a juice.
Waited in line behind multiple vehicles to then be asked to go around to the other window so the woman could clean her coffee machine.

Went to muzz buzz to get an iced coffe with ice cream and when I revived it there was no ice cream and when I checked in the cup there was a long black hair floating inside the cup very dissatisfied

Don’t usually go to this muzz buzz but will definitely be coming back I came through about 3:00pm 9th January so on a Sunday and got served by a young male and a young lady both great customer service and I got some bonus stamps good on ya guys. ( great coffee RECOMMEND ) 😁
Friendly staff and the dog also told me to say she loves the dog biscuits too
