I asked for lactose free thickshake, I got lactose free milk but I was given full cream icecream which I have reacted to , if they didn't have lactose free icecream I should have been told and I'd have chosen something else. Im not happy at all

Love their bacon and salad focaccia and especially that you can have as much self serve worcestershire sauce as you like 👍👍👍
