Beautiful building & garden and lovely staff. Food is affordable and tasty as well! Highly recommend!
This was a very interesting tour with Deirdre!!
Loved hearing the history of the brewery and how the beer is made. Tastings were informative and generous. Highly recommend!!!!
Went to visit the factory, but it was not public on that day. Happened to meet a staff member from the factory who is so warm and friendly. She shared so many stories about the brand and the family.
The bar is right crossed the factory site. Such a little gem. Lovely garden, nice food, lots of different drinks. The original cidar is a must try. The sweetness and crispiness get balanced so well. Just want to keep drinking that.
Visiting this brewery was the most satisfying experience in Tasmania.
Hop off from the Red Double Decker bus, walking down 50m to grab a historical tap beer and soft swallowing made a perfect day. I started to fall in love with a full flavor of fresh, tasty, and fruity local beers.
Sweet potatoes with additional cream was top quality and fantastic to share. Also a beef burger was soft, tender, and melting in mouth. Potato french fries serviced with the burger was better than any other Pubs.
Staffs are very helpful, professional, and welcoming. They looked like a good team!
Definitely recommended!
If you love beer. This is your heaven. The brewery tour took us through the working factory and was rich in information and history. The tasting paddle at the end was reward for the long trek. 18 year old and above for the tour only, unfortunately.
Good ambience, great food. Service is nice and timely too. The beer garden is a nice place to visit while here, and the Cascade Brewery tasting paddle is worth the experience, all in view of the same brewery that made them.
Had a lovely lunch at Cascades brewery bar today. Stout beef brisket n veges was great as well as the cauliflower Parma. Apple n blueberry crumble n ice cream was delicious. Only had coffee as we were doing the brewery tour which was great. Terrific staff also.
Great location with stunning gardens. Awesome for the warmer months. The burger was honestly one of the best I have ever had. Really good. First Draught beer is a nice little tipple as well. Give it a go
So laid back. Nice music, fire going, and lovely gardens to go for a (quick) walk in. Servings are good in size. Do the beer sampler, where you try the lager, pale ale, first harvest (?), and stout, all on a paddle for 20 bucks. Otherwise, big beers at good prices. The original brewery building is marvelous to look at in the background, with the mountains and surround all sheltering it from the sun. All in all, if I lived here, I'd be a regular. Do try it!
Beer was good, but I didn’t really like the food. I had the chicken parmigiana and the stout braised brisket, it was a little dry and bland.
This place is busy, plenty of areas to sit indoor and outdoors. Parking was easy however, there was an event next door which made it a bit hard to find parking outside.
