Bit of a novelty and a good experience for a tourist with amazing views over Hobart. The food was very good, with the kingfish sashimi being a highlight, but overall could do with a bit of restraint. For example, my short rib main had 13 different elements on the plate, which is a bit of overkill. I

As others had expressed we did not hold high expectations on the food again thinking it was going to be more of a novelty experience, however both the food and service was exceptional and provided a great dining experience. Highly recommended!
