Really the best coffee I had in my two weeks trip to Tasmania. We had to order a second cup because it was that good. We ordered the smoked chicken toastie and the sardine with sourdough. Both were top notch in quality. Please visit them while in Hobart.

Brilliant coffee, delightful staff. We also got fresh sourdough warm from the oven. Highly recommend the orange and poppyseed cake, and the egg and bacon roll.
Pigeon Hole was so good we went here twice in two days. Eggs were brilliant, coffee great and staff super friendly. Worth the wait for a table. It’s popular for a reason

We turned up on a busy Dark Mofo weekend and were lucky enough to be seated almost instantly. Staff were friendly and attentive even though it was extremely busy. I ordered the mushroom and goat cheese omelette and it was one of the best omelettes I’ve ever had - very delicious! The coffee was great
