Beautiful and authentic flavours straight from the streets of India, this one is a rare find. We went there for dinner and had Paratha and lentil soup. It was so fresh and delicious that we couldn't stop ourselves going there next day for lunch before flying back to Sydney. And we weren't disappointed. A must go place if you are in Tassie.

what a fantastic little place to stop for lunch on a cold wet day in Hobart. we called in advance and got a table for 8- 3 adults 4 kids and a baby. My kids ate Indian food!! I am dairy free the baby is egg free (anaphalactic to egg) They made a safe curry cause they knew we were coming.. lovely service- scrumptious food- will definitely visit again- highly recommended ty

We enjoyed the indian street food. Had stuffed flatbreads, and parathas. Nice size & amazing taste. Yoghurt with parathas would be better as a raita, or with some favouring.

Being a vegetarian, I can give 100 stars for this 100% Vegetarian Dine in / Takeaway restaurant. Great variety of street food available and must try North Indian food. South Indian options are also available including Vada Sambhar, Idli Sambhar, Rice & Sambhar & South Indian platter.

Fantastic food all vegan. Shared 3 dishes (pakora, samosa chaat and chaat papri) and the spicyness was just right. Great place to go either for dine-in or take-away

This place was amazing and so good for vegans! The man at the front (who I would assume was the owner??) was so polite and gentle and gave us really good options! Food was good and well priced. Ended up going here two days in a row! If we go to Hobart again will definitely visit here :)

Was so excited to be going here again after a couple years away from Hobart. Dragged my partner and parents straight there after we landed and grabbed a soup each. Two potato and leeks, a red lentil, and a pumpkin soup. We took them and ate them in the Botanical Gardens. They were awesome. They tasted delicious and I love the way they're so particularly and lovingly put together.

Being vegetarian, I was looking for some Indian restaurant but finding an Indian that is a pure vegetarian was bonus. The hospitality was great and delightful and so was food here. I am looking forward to come here again during my next trip to Hobart.

This place is great! Being a picky Melbournian eater, I can say you won't be disappointed if you like fresh soup or Indian. Initially I went in for some soup but was distracted by all the Indian street fare. The potato and leek soup was very nice and the next day I had some Indian food which was very tasty. The staff are very welcoming and friendly & food is made to order and fresh. Do yourself a favour & try it!

Healthy Stop. Came here for soup, ended up getting distracted by their Indian "street food" menu items. Everything is so healthy and delicious, I loved the Goan Veggie Curry, and the Masala Kulcha and gravy was really tasty! Chaat Papri seemed to be more of an acquired taste, as it mixed sweet and savoury spices, and is served cold (seems more like a dessert). Waitress was friendly and helpful, providing that warm kind of service that makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Oh, and their plain lassi is soooooooo refreshing! Worth checking out.

The owner was very patient in explaining to us the different options on the menu. I much prefer interacting with the owner in a small shop like this compared to the experience with Indian restaurants in the big smoke.

Clean and decent place. Good if your looking for vegeterain or vegan options. I've been going for 3 days now in a row and I still can't get enough of it. Portions are fine for the price. They have soups everyday. If you are really sick and have the urge of eating home food, then this is your place.

Lovely authentic Indian veg cuisine, but be aware of the serving size differentiation when ordering dinner... The Mango Lassi with Ginger & Mint is a real treat!

Excellent quality food. I was very impressed by how authentic all the different dishes were made, they were fresh and warm and tasted great. Prices to rival pretty much everything here in Hobart. Totally recommended.

Absolutely amazing food. Not one of those namesake Indian restaurants who call themselves "authentic", but are just bowls of orange gravy with oil dripping out. This one is not just great in taste, but was top notch in its quality and quantity. We were treated by food which was served not for customers but how you'd prepare food for your guests who you value. Aunty is an amazing cook. If my mum made food it would have been this. Leaving Hobart with fond memories and I am so glad I had my last dinner in Hobart here.
