By far the best coffee I've had in Tassie. These guys do specialty coffee and have a good selection of single origins for black coffee and a very delicious blend for milk lovers!!! Would be a highly visited coffee shop for me if it wasn't a flight way! Thanks :)
Best coffee I have found in Hobart! I have been here for several months and tried most of the top rated places, and this little cafe hits it out the park. Consistently delicious coffee, scrumptious treats, and constant smiling welcomes from Elrick, Claire and the staff - it's a pleasure to visit Sash and I highly recommend it !
By far the best coffee I've had in Tasmania. The baristas were friendly, the cafe was quaint and the coffee was very reasonably priced. I will be back tomorrow to try the food.. and for another coffee for sure!

Nice coffee and excellent breakfast. Probably the best coffe in Hobart. Had the mushroom Brie and toast there. It made my day. The tart is nice as well, but the mushroom is the best. Barista is cool and nice.
Just had the MOST delicious breakfast, accompanied by bespoke coffee. Great place. Always friendly and can get cost with everyone waiting for their takeaway. It's a good sign though, I'm not the only person who appreciates the good vibes and great coffee.

Sash Coffee are a fantastic addition to Hobart's coffee landscape. Very tasty brews and a very tidy selection of home made sweets and savouries. It was a bit early in the morning, otherwise I would have tried one of their "Punch in the face" tarts, with chilli beans, egg, ricotta and cheese :) We'll be back!
Smash that french toast! - wow! I really enjoyed the brioche french with raspberries, mascapone cream, candied peacan, topped with turkish fairyfloss. Visually it is amazing.
I saw someone eating it & I went back the next day & had one myself. It was divine, a little on the sweetside. Probably don't need the turkish fairy floss but who says no to it right?
I've also had the chocolate brownie & I can say it is da bomb. Yes, I have a sweet tooth ;)
Ice coffee was darn fine.
Regular menu is more breakfast focused, with specials on the board for lunch.
Sash is a local icon - this fantastic ‘hole in the wall’ coffee and food in the shopping hub of Sandy Bay. Low key signage and a quiet exterior hide charming and efficient staff, great food and the best coffee for miles.
This really is a local hang out, with tradies and joggers in the first shift, replaced by office workers and local shop keepers later. The menu is simple but good and the Sash team seem to know everyone!
Friendly staff with great coffee (not sub-par great, actually great coffee). Nice selection of small savoury and sweet food. Highly reccomend if you need your coffee fix.
Love the ambience of this place! Cozy coffee shop with friendly staff. Enjoyed the mocha, iced coffee with ice cream and vanilla milkshake on our first visit. Highly recommended and surely visit the next time I am in Hobart.
