Medici is the pizza paradise for non-veg pizza lovers. They serve a wide range of pizza in different sizes from whole pizza to a slice of pizza on the go. They also offer fusion pizza like half and half. I have been to this place twice as I really loved their vegetarian pizza, unfortunately they are not consistent with the veg pizza. The second time I was a bit disappointed. I ordered the following:
1. Vegetarian tradition pizza: RECOMMEND—The pizza had so much of chess and very few veggies on it. however, my first experience was really good. The pizza was loaded with veggies and perfect amount of cheese on it.
2. Margarita: NOT RECCOMENDED- The tomato base is too strong for a margarita, which is a complete turn off. The quantity of cheese is good on this one (just had this first time not sure how its going to turn out if I order again.)

Medici pizza is one of my favourites, the base is crispy, but thick and the toppings are delicious, each bite is full of flavour - big fan.
They made an error with one of my delivery orders and when I called to advise them, they took my details and offered me a free pizza later.

The staff here were very friendly and worked hard to get the pizza's out as quickly as they could. For the size of the place they do an amazing job. You may have to wait a little while but that's an indication of how popular they are so just be patient. We asked for a half/half which wasn't a problem. The pizza was great, thanks to Zac and the team.

If you like thick base then you will love the pizza. Well test dough and soft and chewy texture.

Medici occupies a fantastic niche that I've yet to find elsewhere. By serving pre-made, kept warm pizzas, the service is quicker than anywhere else. The pizzas are small, which makes them perfect for a quick lunch or bite.
The pizzas are also quite good, better than the main chains and many other restaurants. Their location is convenient and prominent. Would go again.

Coeliac means no wheat, and no wheat usually means no pizza but this isn't the case at Medici.
You can enjoy a pizza or two without having gluten woes. The fresh Tasmanian produce leaves you wanting more while the vibrant atmosphere and staff will definitely bring you back.
