Moist and good consistency to the crust across the whole croissant. Enough structure to the crumb to maintain its shape as well. Great contrast overall.The flavour is prominent, some complexity and it makes you appreciate what you are eating.
Prior to taking away, we walked past this place a couple of times because it’s near our hotel. And no matter what time it was, we always saw staff hard at work, baking at all hours. The variety of baked goods is amazing! Just wished we had more space in our tummies to try more.
Premium bakery in the middle of the city - lots of fresh bakery treats, mostly sweet, to choose from. Prices are on the high side, but the quality is worth the price. Make sure to ask what the current filled doughnut is, they change it regularly and often have brilliantly unusual options like lemon
BEST CHOC CROISSANT! And I ate 4x choc croissants from 4x best rated bakeries in Hobart. This one was by far the best. Came back a second time in my short trip here
Such a beautiful spot with amazing coffee and even better pastries. Unfortunately they don‘t have any dine-in available (might also be because of COVID).
Great bakery and coffee place with a delicious selection of sweets and amazing bread. You can also see the work of the bakery trough the windows behind the counter where you can see how they create there fresh and yummy breads.
