Khaow Thai - Hobart - Photo album

Wanted to have a quick fix for dinner and this was open so ordered a chicken pad thai ($15). Their pad thai seems to be wet (you can see the sauce on the plate), I prefer dry pad thai. Taste was a bit strong for me, I could feel the need to drink some water later on. Fairly average food, staff was
Great place for a cheap and good Thai lunch at the top end of Hobart. Highly recommend!
Best pad Thai I've ever had. Looking forward to trying a laksa next time
Not all Thai restaurants are alike!! We were both hungry at 6pm on a Sunday and found this tiny spot on Google. No one inside when we arrived but we tried it and Oh My God what a good choice!!! This little restaurant may look insignificant but their food isn't at all!! We tried 2 different pad Thais
We had a nice takeaway meal from here. My Garlic & Pepper Stir Fry was quite nice. Not as peppery as I sometimes like but still very enjoyable. The size options are good as it avoids ending up with too much for one person.
Average at best. Very similar to Noodle Box etc. Was nice but I've had better Thai food. I chose the seafood Pad Thai for $16. Seemed to be lacking flavour and missing one of the most important ingredients, crushed nuts. However portions were generous. The worst part was I found two prawn tails with
Stir-fried chicken and laksa were super tasty. The place is a bit cramped if you want to dine-in. We waited quite long for the food to come out. Nevertheless, it was worth it cause the portion was big with good price.
It's a small joint but if you wanted to sit down and eat it's clean and cozy. The staff were friendly enough but they did get one of our orders wrong during a particularly slow time at the place. But they immediately served up a new plate once we asked them. It was the tastiest thai food I've had in
