Food used to be good. We went tonight on Chinese New Year and the quality has dropped substantially while everything remains the same price.
Mainly more cheap uncooked vegetables, excessive amount of onion than meat.
The Chicken of Kung pao chicken was chunky and had to use a knife to cut it up.
The prawns were flavourless and again way too many uncooked onions
Service was good by the male waiter (hence the 2 stars for him)
I heard the manager told off the waiter twice for not taking the reserved sign away while we were eating very unprofessional and inappropriate.
Overall, a major disappointment for the price paid - 80 dollars for 3 dishes.

Authentic Cantonese cuisine, cozy environment, good service, at very reasonable prices.

Delicious Chinese brunch in Hobart, but stir-fires dish is general.

Great to eat in or take away. The food tastes very fresh and it is even good reheated the following day (Which I find to be a rare thing for Chinese takeaway). It is not only delicious but also very reasonably priced. It is also family friendly and they can provide high chairs though accessibility to some areas inside is a bit difficult for pushchairs (and others who struggle with stairs) due to the historical nature of the building (Staff were happy to help us up and down stairs but if mobility is an issue it might be advisable to ask for a more easily accessible table when booking).

Very great food! good service! I have eaten through the Tas, here is my best one! All dish has the true Chinese taste! Price is reasonable and affordable! The most important thing is the dish has the right Chinese style!

Great service with friendly and knowledgeable wait staff. We asked for their recommendations and were not disappointed. The food was all first class, great for sharing. We went as a family group and the kids were as happy with the food as the adults.

The yumcha was good! We had the beancurd covered pork dumplings, porridge, XO radish cake and the stir fried beef noodles. The only disappointment was the Xiao Long Bao, which stuck to the bottom of the steamer it came on. Staff were really friendly and helpful in answering our questions too, and speak both fluent mandarin and english. Would recommend highly as a go-to place.

Waited for 1h 15mins for entree... when asked how long it would be, the waitress laughed. When asked again she went to the kitchen, came back and said our meals were ‘on the list’. I asked how long that would be and she said ‘I don’t know’.
I asked after all this time how you can ‘not know’ how long they will be and she awkwardly laughed again.
We walked out.
To their credit they gave us some prawn crackers about 45mins in to apologise for the delay - however these tasted like they were cooked in burnt oil, and were stale.
Perhaps a blessing we left when we did.
