Fishy Business - Hobart - Photo album

It’s all about fish obviously. Can’t complain as we know all fish n chips are oily but that’s the good bit. Fancy seafood restaurants around but if you’re price conscious Fishy Business will be the best alternative. This is the only shop that has eat in located at the back but only accommodate max 1
I'm usually a regular customer of fishy buisness but the last 3 times I've been have been awful had to ask for a refund on this over cooked scallop and chips with squid rings and prawns the scallops seemed a bit on the off side aswell the crumbs were a mess calamari rings were way over cooked same
The guy working today was a legend! So nice and went out of his way to be accomodating... highly recommend. Fish was good, chips were nice (and good value). Potato cakes tasted like eating a wad of toilet paper. This is nothing that can't be fixed though. Being on the water is lovely and the heater
Grilled fish overcooked, no flavour not to mention overpriced for what it is. The worst fish and chips in my experience.
Have enjoyed two very enjoyable meals at Fishy Business with my infant daughter this trip to Hobart. The staff are very friendly and efficient and the rear deck seating clean and a comfortable place to enjoy your meal. We had the fisherman’s Basket for 1 our first visit and Blue Eye Trevella crumbed
How good! Glad we picked them in the lineup. The staff were excellent and our seafood baskets were delicious- the fella who served us was super accomodating and helpful. Lovely spot to sit out the back. Thanks for having us.
Had a pretty strange experience tonight (22 Jan). The guy serving me with white shaggy hair accidentally knocked over one of the boxes of fish and chips all over the counter as he was giving them to me. He then picked up the fish with his hands directly off the outside counter (breaking it all up),
This is probably the worst fish and chips on a planet. We bought overlooked dry fish with a taste of a paper and softness of a timber. The same thing with chips. If you guys have no idea how to cook just don't do it please...
