Athenaeum Club. Private men’s club. Built in 1903 by Duncan to Edwardian Baroque design by Flack Ricards with little alteration since.
The club was formed by a small group of men who met at the Church Institute on the 4th of February 1889 and invited a selection of other Hobart men to join a club.
Impeccable service and good. Highly recommend.
