Various choices in fabrics and material, great little knickknacks and decorations, rich creamy coffee, and very friendly service. You owe it to yourself to have a look, you might just find your new hobby here...

My go to quilt shop in Hobart. They have lots of selection of fabric and notions. Over the last few months I have been ordering online and orders are quick to arrive by post. So nice to get back into the shop. All I can say is great service and great products (just check out my sewing room for proof!)

Quarter Inch is the fabulous new quilt shop owned by our very own internationally renowned quilt/patchwork designer, Helen Stubbings. This gorgeous new retail outlet is an exciting destination for those of us who still love browse, look, touch and inhale everything relating to our patchwork passion. I found Helen's inspiring patterns, her stunning fabrics, her clever EPP iron on range, the biggest collection of KONA plain dyed fabrics I have seen anywhere and a huge range of sewing notions. The addition of a coffee shop makes this a true destination shop for all patchwork and sewing lovers.
