OK, so Salamanca Place seems to be about 80% boozers now, but they all seem to be quite fine ones. The Brick Factory is probably the closest to a traditional pub - a lot of really good beer on tap, local and interstate, plus a ginger beer and the wonderful Willie Smith's Organic Cider. Fabulous menu that includes pub standards, some gourmet additions and a range of pizzas. Great staff and atmosphere, and if you venture down the back you will find the comphy chairs near the fire. Tasmania Winter at its finest!

Decent ribs, if you are looking for a casual dinner with a drink or two on your regular weekday, this might be the best place. Great atmosphere. Pretty happening.

Pizza, chips and Buffalo wings were all fantastic. Great range of drinks too and a nice classic pub vibe in the heart of Salamanca.

Great place in the Salamander precinct for a meal. Very relaxing great staff service, and very close to the Hobart dock area.

Very impressed with the GF pizza. Group of 8 of us and we all enjoyed our meals. Cool dance floor with live music. Wish they came on earlier! 👌🏽

Spent a great Saturday arvo and evening there ...12 of us ...6 middle aged couples ..lunch then dinner lots of drinks. staff could have been a bit happier/more enthusiastic. .I guess its just how it is when they're all overworked and understaffed these days..by 11pm it was an overcrowded under 25's
