My experience has never been bad at Oliver Brown DFO.
Coffee is always good. Belgian Waffles are yummy. My 6 year old loves the hot chocolate and milk chocolate shots. I also enjoy the lemon lime mint shake.
No issue with the service om weekdays. But service can be slow on weekends and long weeke
Yet again what you order and what is delivered are two completely different things. They never staff appropriately for when events are on. Was hoping for third time lucky but unfortunately it will be third time and never again
If you want to drink coffee here, be ready to clean up your own table as well. As for the taste of coffee, there is no smoothness at all, just a bitter taste.

Yummy food nice service but they didn't service strawberry in sweet plate when it's written in the menu
Bad attitude of the staff. The staff did not pay attention to the standing customer rather was busy in their work. Served a coffee in take away cup in-spite of ordering for dine in. Upon asking for a cup, they simply refused.
Bad experience. Not only coffee taste was not impressed but also the attitude of staff who took order.
