Absolutely love this Zarraffas. Always lovely staff. Manager is absolutely wonderful. I always feel special whenever I go get my coffee because that’s the vibe they like to Deliver. Worst coffee I have ever had. I ordered 2 cappuccinos. Firstly the coffee arrived in paper cups which I feel is unacceptable if you are sitting inside and secondly it was so watered down that I found it totally undrinkable. Disappointing to say the least. I will definitely never be going back.

Zarraffas are great. For a chain, their coffee is really good. Beans are great, too. I think Zarraffas must be good employers, because I haven't come across a miserable staff member, yet. Staff are always friendly and seem happy.
