The shop was very busy today (12 Sept), and I have got to say Emma & Eric did an exceptional job keeping customers happy. I was amazed at the teamwork they displayed being the only two working there when I called in. What an awesome job they did keeping up with orders, always with a smile. My cappuccino was really good. I am glad to say I can change my previous review to 5 stars. Well deserved Emma & Eric.....................(previous review) Great service, friendly staff but I can honestly say it is the first time I have been disappointed in the taste of both the cappuccino and the smashed avo. I was so disappointed, still am, as this is the only cappuccino I drink.

Absolutely love this Zarraffas. Always lovely staff. Manager is absolutely wonderful. I always feel special whenever I go get my coffee because that’s the vibe they like to Deliver. One young member off staff offered to help carry my bags to the car one day so I could carry my coffee. Just mind blowing amazing service. Lots of Zarraffas around but none like this place.

Worst coffee I have ever had. I ordered 2 cappuccinos. Firstly the coffee arrived in paper cups which I feel is unacceptable if you are sitting inside and secondly it was so watered down that I found it totally undrinkable. Disappointing to say the least. I will definitely never be going back.

I drove to this shop on my break to get my self a little coffee boost before I had to go back and finish my shift. When I arrived (during trading hours) I was refused because they were already packed down and ready to leave before closing time... I showed them the website that says they were still open until 5.30 and their answer was 'oh our clocks must be fast'... Like seriously if you advertise your trading hours until 5.30 you should operate those hours... Honestly I love zarraffas and love their coffee.. however, never been to this particular shop before but I have to say I would definitely not return... Such a disappointment and then to go back to work cranky and without me coffee boost 😭😭

My family and I dropped in here early one morning to have breakfast. It was a public holiday and this was the only place open that we could find for breakfast. Best decision ever. Nice food, convenient location (for the marina), friendly staff, fantastic coffee. Will be going back next time we cruise past. Thanks!

Coffee was horrible. Was underextracted and tasted like dishwater at best. Carrot loaf was served half cold half warm instead of toasted. The girls working were lovely, so I feel bad, but seriously. Terrible otherwise. $13 for a coffee I couldn't drink and a luke warm lump of dough. I won't be back.

Zarraffas are great. For a chain, their coffee is really good. Beans are great, too. I think Zarraffas must be good employers, because I haven't come across a miserable staff member, yet. Staff are always friendly and seem happy.
